🥵🤭Jalapeno Poppers are always a treat at the barbeque and adding any meat to them is definitely a bonus!! Good video Sal! 👍🏼
yes! all the in laws are a fan of these when I make them. can't make enough it seems like lol
Those poppers can get in my belly! Rock On Sal!
Thanks Sal! Have a great weekend
Great idea for cutting into the jalapeños, Sal! I'm definitely doing that the next time I make them. And now I want to make them! Like, today!😁😋😋🍻
Do it!! not as quick as cut in half but can’t argue with the presentation. I am going to experiment next time with smoking the peppers first, making a single cut in middle to remove membrane/seeds. Then stuff, wrap and crisp up bacon. More of a process but probably lends itself for an even better presentation.
They're a snack that turns into the main course. Nice idea on how to cut the peppers. When I make poppers they take an hour to prep, an hour on the grill then they're all gone in about ten minutes.
Lol. That’s been my experience as well! People don’t even want to wait for them cool down haha. I been making a taco out of them lately or placed on top of a burger. Always a treat
The perfect finger food for Monday Night Football 🏈
heck yah!
Love me some jalapeño poppers! I’ll have to give the boat method a shot 🥃
I appreciate it brother. Thanks!
I will try this next time I make jalapeno poppers. Thanks for the great video.
I appreciate you bro , thanks for taking a look
Great job Sal excellent execution!. Definitely have to make some of these soon. Have a great weekend! Cheers brother 🍺
thanks Bat! have a great weekend as well
Jalapeño poppers are our go to on the weekend lately.. im going to try the boat method tomorrow. Nice job bro.👊🏿
Awesome. Please report back. I really like how they present! not as quick as cutting in half but it’ll go by fairly quickly.
Nice tip for coring. You need one of those grill grates you can spin, like Guga uses.
The easy spin grate? I do have it. But that 26” grate is hefty! It doesn’t fly when you spin it like the 22” one. But next video I do, I’ll try giving it a wild spin for you. (Hoping nobody gets injured lol)
I haven't tried them whole like this yet, man. I usually cut them in half. We'll have to do some this way soon. My wife loves them, but I gotta make sure they have some heat for her. So I'll definitely need to leave some membrane in mine. Another good one brother.
another way I've been meaning to try is smoking them whole, until they get soft. then a single cut in the middle, remove seeds/membrane. stuff, wrap and place back on grill in high heat. seems like a lot more work but looks cool.
These look delicious bro! They’re my pleasure! I just made some on Wednesday lol, great cook!
Probably going to make more this weekend haha!
Poppers looked bomb! 👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks Ric!
look good Sal you video quality is top notch
Thanks Lance!
Looks amazing. Cheers! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
I appreciate it! Thank you!
👏👏👏👏
Thank you!
That's a good idea how you prep your jalapeños. I've always used the T method. You make a slice halfway down just below the stem. Then, one single slit down the length of the jalapeño. Spread it open and clean seeds out. I like to leave just a little membrane inside to keep a little heat on them. Then I stuff the inside. Not too full like you said. Then wrap in bacon. The T method closes up and holds the ingredients in. But I want to try your method out. I like that idea also. Thanks for sharing. I learned something new. Lol. What do you think about using chorizo as part of the stuffing?
All great methods. Whatever gets people to make these more often cause I know they can seem like a chore sometimes lol. Anyways this method I got from Troy cooks, when I saw it, I tried it, I liked it and kinda settled on it. I do want to try smoking the peppers first before stuffing just to get them a little soft. Then you can just make one single cut in middle, take out membrane, stuff, wrap and cook.
Chorizo is the best! never tried it but I will now!
Hey Bro what's your address ? I'll bring the beer !!! ( Great Job ) stay cool 😎
Haha excellent! anyone bringing the beers is welcome to any food off the grill. Thank you!
