Different series. Stands aren't magic in the first place and his immunity only works on the dorohedoro black smoke magic. The most you can argue is immunity to transmutation in a vs fight not against another dorohedoro carachter wich is every fight because ... why would you do a same series matchup for bloody dorohedoro?
