You answered all the questions I had due to no instructions being included with the board. Thank you very much for making this video.
The website has IN-DEPTH documentation for these. (I realize your comment is a year old, but might as well put this for anyone else wondering)
@@marks47 The website has in depth information for different soundboards: the headphone jack version and the on-board amp version. Detailed information for the mini-board shown here is sorely lacking, even on the product page. You have to figure this board out by trial and error.
Thanks for the demonstration. I was shocked at the distortion and low quality of the compressed sound files. They need to increase the storage capacity drastically.
well done, thx for the explanation!
Thanks for sharing this information. I am considering adding Audio to my model railroading layout.
Good video
Too much info right now, but i’ll be coming back. This would be awesome for a pokémon cosplay.
Fantastic job, great explanations !
NOT covered (or I missed it), was the "CS" pin... its function, usage is ?
I would like to have more buttons available. Hmm can example pin 1 and 2 be low and then trigger sound number xx example?
does this have a line in for a mic?? great video btw!
Hey do you think I can use this for lightsaber sounds?
hi, can this board playback multiple sounds simultaneously ?
Hi there can I ask you a question please? I notice when the sound file was playing a small red led lit up. Is there any way I can connect to the board smoehow and display an external led (my own) when the red led lights up? Thanx very much. pj :¬)
Thanks for sharing but really looking for UART control
Check the arduino library file for the soundboard.
Is the latency low enough that I could build a percussion instrument like an electric kick drum with this?
I have little problem! Don’t know why after I put my sound effects on it doesn’t work! The led light barely light up ( like short voltage on it! ) and no sound comes from it ! But the track example they have they works fine and the led (red) is bright fine ! Some one knows what I’m doing wrong???
where do i find many horn sound / wave files ?
How would i connect a jumper so afafruit auto plays a file on start up and just continues to loop that file?
These really are great, but when you stack it up against a DFPlayer with an amp on it, the line-level out is ridiculous. Especially at the price comparison.
Does anyone know where I can buy one of these Already wired up?
how to control the pre-amp volume ?
You have to hook it up to an arduino to access volume controls, which kind of defeats the purpose of being a standalone mini board.
