Roquefort Papillon Movie Long Version English

The world-famous mushroom cheese, Roquefort, is produced in Aveyron, in the southwest of France. The Papillon cheese dairy is located in Roquefort sur Soulzon, a village nestled against the mighty cliffs of the Combalou mountain range, where the cheese matures in limestone caves under optimal conditions. It was the first cheese in France to receive its designation of origin (AOP) in 1925.
