i have a really great problem .I didnt study toooo much in high school therefore ended up in a very average college Here there are no smart people i dont find anything interesting and hence cant evolve and make a life . What do i do now . im stuck i have no means to form strong social bonds anywhere else , only good way here is to study hard in high school get great grades and get in good colleges where you find other smart people . what do i do im stuck ....

Bro, stop blaming your environment. Right now, you should focus on improving yourself and, along the way, start to interact with people who have similar desires. Approach people in the gym, shops etc.....
