In Florence we had the best steak of our lives. Steak is indeed Italian. Plus Venice is known for seafood. Great cruise content!

I had the chocolate tamal last week on Valiant Lady and it was delicious!! It's like a really rich, moist chocolate cake. I loved it!
If they are always talking someone out of ordering the chocolate tómale I would be really curious why lol. Like just pull one of the servers aside and be like…what’s the deal? Is it that bad😂
We found a Mexican restaurant here in Utah called Sol Agave, there are just some of those items that just stick with you for ever because they hit just right. Their coffee was one of those things😅

Agree don’t get the chocolate tamale. Very odd texture - especially the ends. It is a little better in the middle. Bread pudding is my favorite!

No reservation needed, but we would advise getting there early. Every seat in the house was full!! :D

I have to ask, don’t ye guys ever got tired of going to the same places over and over again? Wouldn’t you like to explore more outside the Caribbean and Alaska? I know you have done some European cruises, but not a lot. Just curious.
We find ourselves struggling with new ideas for some Caribbean ports, which is why we've turned some of them into ship days recently. We do have Panama Canal as well as 10 weeks in the Mediterranean coming up soon... we're sneaking Norway and hopefully another European river cruise into 2025... and we're hoping to plot some South America, Antarctica, and Galapagos for 2026, so lots of "different" hopefully on the way!! :P ~Jay
@parodeejay great to hear. I personally love European cruises and would like to explore more of Northern Europe and go back to Croatia and Malta, but also do South America in the future. I still have several Southern Caribbean islands to visit, like St. Lucia, Granada, St. Maarten. Favorite Caribbean island is Bonaire though.....so far.
