Guys some of you were asking ki "tumne kyu pehna hai blue light Glasses?" To unke liye mai bata du ki, ye specs mera purana hai or mujhe pehle pata nahi tha iske bare me. But naye specs me maine nahi lagwaya hai. Agar aap recent video dekhoge hamara to aapko pata chal jaega. Agar aapne blue light wale glasses liye usme koi burai nahi hai. Mai bas uske twisted marketing ke liye aap sabhi logo ko aware kara raha tha.
Suggest me spec which I can wear while using phones computer n laptop.

My experience
These blue light glasses really work . I had frequent headaches and blurry vision ( mild) due to long exposure of screen. Even after all the filters and excercise etc (including what you mentioned) nothing good happened. Before the condition worsen I consulted a doctor and was recommended these glasses with -0.25 power.
Results : headaches reduced drastically , blurry vision cured 90% , eye strain gone within 6 months that too without reducing the screen time. Now I only need to wear these glasses while on screen ( that too only for prevention) , before I used to wear it everytime.
Update: previously I has -0.25 power in both eyes, now one of my eyes got completely cured (no power) and the other has the same power as before. All this just because I followed the doctor's advice properly. This time a new doctor checked my eyes, said that I had good eyesight and even my internal eye was perfect and he also prescribed blue cut glasses for me.
Prescription glasses solved your problem. But how can you prove that blue glass filter did the work?

Secondly the doctor clearly said that blue light intensity is the reason behind my problem (due to long screen time) . Blue light glasses was the main recommendation

The main reason I want to get the glass is for 'anti-glare', I mean watching TV after working long on PC looks blurry (not in sense of clarity, my eyes are all right). So yeah how good that anti-glare works?

Blue light filter is actually very helpful when you have priscription glasses and don't wish to spend heavily on transition lenses when going outdoors in the sun. In my experience it is very beneficial in filtering harmful UV rays during daytime. Better ditch the costly brands and get the blue cut priscription glasses from any local optician for as little as ₹1500-2000 (including frame).

I don't agree with this, my power is - 5.25 working in a IT company Crizal preventia is a good product which I am using for the last 2.5 years earlier in my college days I was using Crizal UV+ and shifted to Preventia after three months of joining and I personally feel it helped me a lot as I need to sit in front of computer for 8 to 9 hrs for office work and 30 mins to 1 hr for personal work it really benefit ed me ,don't know about other companies

Just a quick nitpick: your title has a typo in it.
If the noun is singular than the verb should be plural and vice versa. "Glasses" is a plural noun. A "pair of glasses" would be the singular version as that only refers to the one set. "Does the glasses[...]" is grammatically wrong.

I done an experiment i passed the mobile screen light through a prism then i passed it through my blue light filtering glasses but i still see the blue even after passing through my glasses.
I got Insomnia after Replacing my normal glasses with Blue light filter.
Atleast took me 4-5 hours just trying to get fall asleep everyday.

Polarized glasses are useful. They are actually the real way to block bright light, that's why they are used in sunglasses. While the cheap non polarized sunglasses are just an illusion.
Blue cut glasses are gimmick. My eyes number is -3.75. I have used eyeglasses with and without blue cut and no difference was seen. I think people who supports bluecut are facing placebo effect for example if an astrologer says that wearing ruby will solve your problem then they will believe it. If you are working as a courier delivery person or engineer who works mainly outdoors then sure they need bluecut as uv from sunlight is very high. It accounts for 98% of total uv light on earth. For indoor professional, they absolutely don't need it. Most of the eye clinic has an attached eyewear shop and obviously doctor will prescribe bluecut for their own profit.
I also had used blue cut anti glare lenes . Aaj he maine emergency me specs banwaye hai non blue cut anti glare .
Aur I missed my Earlier blue cut lenes it was really good , infact it also help me to see easily in sunlight without strain.

Friends this video itself I scam. the blue cut lenses actually work. I have been using glasses since my childhood. Now I have been working in telecom sector for about 5 years now, which requires sitting before monitors throughout the day. earlier I used to have headache after 2 to 3 hours only but now while using blue cut lenses I can easily extend my screen time to 7 to 8 hours.
