It kind of works, and I gave it a much better test than the Facebook experts did, on easy grass, it will last much longer.
You can get orange zip ties
Dunno about strimming grass/weeds, but man likely to strim his feet wearing that kind of footwear 😞
Maybe if you use steel wire, it might last longer?
The idea with plastic is it doesn't damage anything like steel does, trimming around water hoses and wires is no problem, but with wire a different story.
I just literally use tie wire 10 mins ago & each time it only lasted like 1 min against the grass 😂 somehow it got eaten up fast than the plastic wire spools
lastered longer than mine,, i try'd cuting the grass on the farm,,, hahaha about 2 minutes and it was all gone,,,LOL,,
