Sir there is variation in the MOA in PAS (in this lecture), sulfonamide (part 3 antimicrobial drugs) and in cotrimoxazole ( part 4 antimicrobial drugs ) as all these three inhibit folic acid synthesis by inhibiting folate acid synthetase , in PAS PABA is converted into dihyrdrofolic acid in presence of Dihydropteorate synthetase and in case of cotrimoxazole PABA is converted into Dihyrdrofolic acid in presence of Folic acid synthetase , plzzz clear this sir ?

These action are not of 01 drugs the pathway is followed by 02 drug at different stages
