It can not be understated enough... All the defensive guys are amazing, generational and some even Hall of Famers... but the Heart and Soul of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the most iconic player who all those defensive guys watched whenever the ball was in his hands was No.40 Mike Alstott. The A-Train was something special that you couldnt put into words, you could only watch in amazement.
Our year is coming soon! We've got Bruce, the best receivers in the league, the nastiest defense in the league, and now the GOAT!!!!! Raise The Flags!!! We're Wreaking Havoc 2020!!! Go Bucs!!!!!!
This aged very well. Even if the team wasn't top 4 nfc, they got it and that made my dream come true. Never seen them do it in my life until that year. I felt like a little kid that year. Screaming at the top of my lungs just seeing them win and all the craziest plays I'll ever see.
My internet was down that day, so the only update on the game was when Sky Sports showed the scores from the other game. The sky presenter was like “Tampa is leading 14-3 after a kickoff return for a touchdown”, and I was like “Wait, What? We've finally done it!” he didn't seem to be aware of the significance of it, so I didn't want to believe it. Then, 10 minutes later, someone e-mailed in asking why they didn't acknowledge the Buc's first-ever kickoff return for a touchdown. At least the guy calling the game knew our history.
I always will respect someone that is creative or original with their music selection on a vid. That being said, this music felt like that last scene in a football movie of a player finally making that amazing play and heroic return to the game after he’d been gravely injured and was never gonna play again while also getting divorced and overcoming addictions.
I still get misty eyed thinking about Joe's catch against Philly in the NFC Championship game. Knowing what was going on with his son, born premature (and sadly passed away) and just what it took to just be on the field....the moment he made that catch I knew we were going all the way and win the Super Bowl.
I'm 3 years late but recency bias has that as #1. Making a list like this is never easy and often scrutinized. So, you're not wrong even though I think the top play isn't in this list. My #1 is the Neil O'donnahue field goal in the final regular season game of 1979. Only 4 years old, the franchise rose to the top portion of the NFL despite expansion rules that were very unfavorable. It's the play that capped the most magical season for ten year old me.
Fantastic compilation, thanks for putting it together. Brings back so many memories as I was at many of those games. Rest in peace Dave Logan I miss those days at the Big Sombrero. Didn't win a lot there but so much fun, especially that final season and in closing the place down with a playoff win. There were some great 4pm and night games at RJS in the glory years. After being sent on the road instead of opening at home for Game 1 as a Super Bowl champion, fantastic to not only beat but shut out the Eagles to open their new stadium-- especially after how the team closed down Veterans Stadium with the incredible win to go to the SB. They had it so right with the uniform change in '97. Totally the opposite with the horrendous current ones-- especially that red jersey.
Great presentation, as I do ponder the validity of the out of bounds hit on Eric Hipple ( Detroit QB ) being in there vs the options to select from a few of those long TD passes from Doug Williams.
I love Warren Sapp celebrating before he makes the block on the QB to get Brooks into the endzone. He saw who he had to block and knew there was no way he wouldn't pancake him.
The Jameis scramble and throw to Mike Evans against Chicago not being on here is a travesty. Love A-Train but there have a been a lot of great plays made in team history
Hey Liam, mind if I send this video to current management? They seem to have forgot the Bucs have always won with strong defense, a solid running game and and a quarterback who could manage a game not turn it over every chance he gets.

Amazing
this is how to leave a well aging comment. magnifique

Our year came and it was special
At 12 years old, I saw this franchise win a Super Bowl and for 20 years, I haven't stopped cheering them on. #GoBucs
Get ready for y’all to win Sunday 🔥🔥🔥 rooting for y’all 🐐🐐🐐
I wasn't even 2 when they won it. But I chose them at a young age and no single person will make me not be a Bucs fan.
Greatest video ever made i almost cryed lol
same
Two types of Bucs fans watched this video:
1) Those who teared up/cried
2) Liars
Will Morton bucs fan for life I almost cried just the way these seasons turned out
1
I cried. Love my Bucs
I got a little misty during the Spurlock kick return
I mean there are people who started following in 2015 how are they liars? I'm from Australia started following than does that make me a liar?
That Michael spurlock kick returner still gives me chills. Watched it live at 16 years old!!!!
I was there that day! Went to men's room and I heard the crowd go crazy, so I looked to the screen nearby only to see it on TV. Bad timing. GO BUCS!!

Made an old man cry saw every one of these games Good Job

We all knew what number 1 was going to be. All the other plays could hope for was second 😀
Great vodeo.
Ronde Barber: intercepts a pass
Me: “He could, go, all, the, way, to, the, Super … (Barber crosses the goal line) … BOWL!
I don't think Ronde ever gets enough credit for how great of a catch he made to snag that pass. Most DB's have stone hands, especially in the cold.
Barber shutting down the vet never will be forgotten
I miss the old D
Great to see you back posting, Liam! You have to make a hype video...last time you did the team went 9-7 I believe!
8:45 I always get goosebumps
me too
SANTA MARIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any other play at number 1 would have been the wrong play. Awesome video, brought back some great memories.

Look how full the stadium used to be,compared to 2019. I still say GO BUCS! Great compilation, brought back good memories.
Funny what one year can do
2020-2021 SUPERBOWL CHAMPS TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS WE ABOUT TO GO BACK 2 BACK!!!!!!!!
BUCs IN MY HEART ARE THE THE BEST EVER!
Love seeing the Old Sombrero on some of the clips.
I've been to more games there than at Raymond James.
Great memories!
Keepem comin brotha. You are knocking these out of the park!
#3 is my #1. I cried like a child after screaming my lungs out at Spurlock.
i was thought the Dunn toss back to King was the best ever. The game was probably the most exciting game I've ever watched.
I had goosebumps the whole time
8:42 i remember watching the tv the that happened and the excitement in the announcers voice. Man i might’ve shed a tear
Fantastic compilation, thanks for putting it together. Brings back so many memories as I was at many of those games.
Rest in peace Dave Logan

Every team video like this breaks the hardest man
Thank god derrick Brooks got a pick six in the superbowl victory!!!! So well deserved
Are you ready for your team to win that SB?🔥🔥🔥 Rooting for y’all
Born and raised here happy asff
I'm from Brazil but I love this team. Has a lot of personality
james wilder run needs to be on here as well
I almost cried and I had goosebumps the entire time
Goosebumps! Thanks for making this video!
Loved these especially Alstott but shocked not to see a TD from 1979 on here. Maybe Bell against the Eagles or a catch by Giles.
Love it!!! Thanks for the video!!!
Bucs vs Rams in December of 2000 was an amazing game. Tampa2 vs GSOT was never disappointing.
It was when the Rams won.
Well done! Scott Brantley is STILL being fined for that hit! 😂😂
Why am I tearing up while watching this?
Great Video.
Love it! Great choice using the game audio
A few of them really needed Gene's commentary (specifically the Joe Buck games).
Great video
Great presentation, as I do ponder the validity of the out of bounds hit on Eric Hipple ( Detroit QB ) being in there vs the options to select from a few of those long TD passes from Doug Williams.
I remember when Tampa shut down the old vet and shut them out in their new home. Those were probably two of phillys worst back to back losses.
Fuck Jameis
Is somebody chopping onions...
This is beautiful
Great video. But it's time to update it!!! #ChampaBay
We had the best defense in 2002-3. And we still got a fire defense
i was at the game where scot brantley made that hit you could hear it in the nose bleed seats
Need this to be re made after recent years
Love this video, but it's time to update the top 25.
I miss those adidas unis.
that background music man!
This needs a few updates.....in the best sort of way
theyre gonna need to update it every season for the next 3 or 4 years. hearty times ahead for us bucs fans. its been a very long time coming, indeed.
Gonna need one with White's interception to cement the SB win over KC :D
Hey Liam, mind if I send this video to current management? They seem to have forgot the Bucs have always won with strong defense, a solid running game and and a quarterback who could manage a game not turn it over every chance he gets.
True@ Strong D, decent running game and game managing Qb who doesn't specialize in turnovers!🤔😜
We may have that now
Fire the cannons!!!!!!!
i reckon a few more need to be added
Bucs forever
I would put the 1981 David Logan fumble recovery against the Lions that put us into the playoffs on this list.
Gonna need to update this after brady retires
You should make a buccaneers inspirational video
Time to update, 25 plays from the last two years on top of that.
I was at at 2 of the games. Rams Monday night where DB picks of Warner. Watch the Sapps block on Warner, he blasts him. Spurlocks return too!
I would think now that Brady to Scotty Miller would be at #2 now and Ronald Jones 98 yard scamper would make the top 25 as well
Vernon Turner! I was there!
I was at the Mike Evans game against the Game
I was surprised when Mike Evans made that catch
Mike Alstott was a goddamn freight train. Just get out of his way.
Watching this the day Vincent Jackson died...
R.I.P Vincent #83 😪🙏
Go Bucs!
That hit though at 6:15 mark. Ouch! That is illegal now.
Agree
Do top 20 plays
#go bucs
Anyone know what the soundtrack is?
Death
Taxes
Tampa breaking Philly fans hearts
Doug williams sit down touchdown throw.
Go Bucs
rip vjack
#25. JK. McKAY #1
#9 would be 15 yard penalty today
Great video, but I will never get over the boring call joe buck made on that first Blount run. Jesus.
Not one Cadillac highlight?
Welp way more now! FIRE THE CANNONS BABY SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS ONCE AGAIN
Tom Brady will make this list. The GOAT
I’m at #2 and I’m guessing I know what play is #1 since I haven’t seen it yet.. (no spoilers so not saying)
Yup... I every true Buc fans knows deep down this is the play.
Who else is here cause Brady got signed
TridentGum 9000 me
Now to the SB Got a AFC Ring now about to get a NFC Ring GOAT 🐐
Where is Jamie’s Winston😜
some of these plays are head scratchers
#9 egregious personal foul
Sorry but this list is terrible. Missing the Abraham and Quarles pick 6’s. Steve White strip and Lynch INT in Washington playoff win.
Lol
Ugh but why the crappy music
dude Vincent Jackson over mike evans?!?!?!? are you insane?
Pretty subjective sans #1, there were quite a few great defensive plays left off and no plays from the fucking superbowl, GTFO worthy really.
Love seeing the Old Sombrero on some of the clips.
I've been to more games there than at Raymond James.
Great memories!
