Today, I have a special recipe for you - an incredibly delicious and yet simple to make apple pie. A pie that always turns out well, even if you're a novice in the kitchen.
In its composition, there are only a few simple ingredients that are probably in every kitchen.
The main thing in this recipe is the apples. 🍏
Their aroma and taste will awaken your true inspiration. Apples should be fresh and aromatic.
Cut them into medium-sized (not small) pieces so that they can be better felt in the finished pie.
Set aside 3/4 of the sliced apples and mix them with the dough. After that, place the prepared dough with apples in a baking dish, and evenly spread the remaining apples on top. Bake the pie for about 50 minutes at 180°C. The pie will acquire a golden, appetizing crust, and the delightful aroma of fresh baking will fill every corner of your home 🍎🏡
Ingredients :
apples - 4 pcs.
eggs - 4 pcs
sugar - 100 gr
sunflower oil - 90 gr
yogurt - 100 gr
flour - 230 gr
baking powder - 10 g (2 teaspoons)
Vanilla - 10 gr
Bake 40 minutes 180 gr
Top with apricot or any other jam
Baking dish - 21 cm
