people in comments seem to be confused. when they say "ramee being ramee" they kinda accusing him of not being tied to the bed as he would been if the cops took him the normal route with a doctor. My thing is why couldn't the cop come over whilst ramee is being treated and say hey im cuffing u to the bed. on top of that he went past multiple officers. i think its shitty to give indefinite warrant coz of that
