I have had constant pain and pins and needles for 3months and 2 clawed fingers. I guess I have this.

  • @theangrycheeto

Does it have to occur at the elbow? Is it possible that the problem is in the hand or wrist? My elbow is fine but because of repetitive strain injuries sustained from guitar playing, I get warm tingling sensations in my 3rd and 4th fingers and left hand and my grip strength in that hand is almost non existent

Are these exercises for CTS, or symptoms?

  • @SixMileMac

Hi, I armwrestle as a hobby and got injured when my hand was supinated palm up position and it went side ways (externally rotated). I felt something jerked or moved around my elbow and it has been 7 months and I still can't find the problem. The most pain comes when I try to internally rotate my arm while bent (45 degree and below) and/or with ulnar deviation and with wrist flexion. My entire hand and arm will shake with weakness when applying pressure this way. Could it be the ulnar nerve compression or tendon issue.

I'm suffering from cubital tunnel syndrome symptoms since 3 years, is it possible to treat it with just physical therapy and medication or is it considered a severe case now that requires surgery?

  • @Eneergy

when I did a skullcrusher exercise with a dumbbell, I had popping in the medial tricep, now I have a little problem with the ulnar nerve, it makes me pop a lot, how can I cure this with what kind of exercises do you suggest or should I do stretching or is there no other solution but surgery brother

  • @godwinkwinjo

I have limited flexion range since my 19999 surgery..i m sure technology has improved..is there anything you can do?

  • @hyenaswine

I tried these and though I felt something up my arms and fingers, it wasn't pain or numbness or anything. Nothing negative. So what is it I have, tendonitis? My elbow hurts at my funny bone and the forearm right near it. No tingling in fingers. Thanks for any help, and the video!

  • @9monsta9

You know all that red you highlighted on the forearm, I’ve got some crazy sharp pain there, for a year now, but my fingers are all good nothing wrong with them. It hurts when I touch it, can’t even massage it, it also hurts really bad when I do dumbbell curls. Does that mean I have cubital tunnel

  • @BASEDHITLORLOVER14n88

Light pain but only in one area near the elbow, i think its the ulnar nerve but cant tell, what do?

  • @divyanshubandral3047

The best way is to Refer Occupational Therapy near u, it is their job to provide Functional restoration again, nothing done with physiotherapy

  • @preetipankajgarg8470

Only my wrist and ring and small fingers are numb and are reacting to this test what does it mean?

  • @Ryuga31823

Ok so I don't have this but still pain in my elbow when I bend it, and it doesn't feel like tennis elbow

  • @eddiewakefield1604

I've hit my elbow a few times and now my ring finger sometime small finger locks up in mornings and my forearm is tight is this symptoms for cts

  • @hagler5475

I have the same issue. Everything from my elbow down falls asleep instantly but it’s my first 3 fingers starting from the thumb
