    Tried all these plus icing, stretches, cortisone shots, to no avail. Saw video on kettlebell swing & that fixed me up in a week. Still do the swings periodically to prevent return.

      ​@BlackBandito979 I saw short CZcams video from Athlean-x and he said start kettlebell swings program. Lighter weight, 10 to 20 reps and gradually increase. I only use a 15 lb kettlebell with 20 to 25 reps once or twice a day. View some videos for proper technique.

    i have these issues. but isn't it possible that the nerve also gets compressed from the tendon inflammation whien having golfers or tennis elbow?

    Nope you're not getting full range of motion on decompression and not doing any strengthening because you're not using any weights

    I found each of these exercises reduced the numb sensation I'm feeling currently. Hope it'll help keep it at bay until payday when I can go see a local doc/PT. Incidentally, I think it would be helpful if the video were annotated with separate chapters for each exercise. That way, someone can skip back to the section for the particular exercise easily.

    I tried these and though I felt something up my arms and fingers, it wasn't pain or numbness or anything. Nothing negative. So what is it I have, tendonitis? My elbow hurts at my funny bone and the forearm right near it. No tingling in fingers. Thanks for any help, and the video!

    After a lot of research and consultations with local physiotherapists and trainers to help with my long term back, leg and hip problems, I decided to go with Mart at AMR - A very personable physio with spot-on guidance for safe and progressive independent training - and the first physio I've met that I feel happy and confident to invest in. He sent me this video after the first session at AMR and I'd say it's maybe the best vid on this subject available on the web that I've watched. Perfect! Thanks guys.     when I did a skullcrusher exercise with dumbbells,now i have popping in my medial tricep near elbow, then I can't even do push ups, it came out in my medial triceps, it hurts me a lot, how can I cure this with what exercises do you suggest? do I have to stretch or is there no other solution except surgery PLEASE REPLY BRO❤

    doctor im 15 and for about a year i have a numbness in my thumbs, its not that bad and only happens sometimes but its a massive incovenience when writing i dont feel any pain from the tests so i guess its not that

      I'd get it checked as too whether its more tricep related or might be a subluxation of the ulnar nerve to then guide best management

    My pain goes away quickly, 1 or 2 weeks. But then even after months of no pain as soon as I do a dead hang or lat pull downs it comes back. How can I help this? I never have pain when actually doing movements though, only after

    Excellent video. I am a baseball pitcher and have noticed sharp pain when over throwing or using poor mechanics. I have a doctor’s appointment to address the issue, which I am sure is highly contributed to years of surfing and pitching. I appreciate this video for the excellent exercises and education about what might be going on in my shoulder.

    I had been experiencing pain in my tennis elbow for almost a year. I tried everything possible. I must say that this band has been very beneficial for me. Especially at night and in the morning, the pain disappeared very quickly and eventually completely. amzn.to/3wXuNHj

    This was a really great video. A few things I'm noticing about this sort of injury - 1. It often goes undiagnosed or misdiagnosed. I see that a lot of folks have experience walking into a doctor's office with this problem, and not getting the proper care they need 2. It's something that you can come back from, with the proper rehabilitation. My experience: I got a type 2 separation on my left side from football, and a type 1 from fighting practice (I fell wrong). With a consistent exercise routine, I was able to kickbox, breakdance, lift my bike overhead and carry it into the shed everyday, and do handstand pushups. I only recently stopped all that cause I'm focusing on raising my kid. My point, is that you can definitely come back from this, with the right care and attention. You got this, fam. I believe in you💪🏾👌🏾

      After it healed up and got back to training do you still have a more prominent acromion bump on the left side? I had some sort of rotator injury (believe it to be from overuse and acute tendinitis) about a month ago and 2 weeks in I notice my acromion sticking up as well. There was never an incident where direct trauma occurred in the area. It was slightly sore for a few days and now kinda just pops sometimes in that area. Just bummed because it’s been a month since I’ve lifted and am less symmetrical than before. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
