I went to your restaurant a couple of days ago when we visited the Philippines . The best tortang talong I've ever had better than the Michelin star Filipino restaurant in the U.S . saludo kami sayo chef JP . Sabor Filipino at it's best.

Mahilig rin ako mag luto and I eat at your restaurant to get some inspiration. Lagi ko tlaga nirerecomend ang Sarsa, lalo na pag may balik bayan ako kapamilya or kaibigan, sobrang nasarapan talaga sila.
Sayang nag close yung lagi namin kinakainan sa BGC, before pa mag pandemic nag close na sya. Halos every other month kumakain kami dun. NakakaProud lang kasi na elevate ng Sarsa yung Filipino Cuisine pero hindi na sacrifice yung pinoy flavor nandun padin. Hopefully ma recognize yung Sarsa as first pinoy michelin star restaurant.
