    @mercedesr7 the EBs were the pioneers of the Poppin funk styles: hitting, gliding, scarecrow, boogstyle, walkout, twistoflex, crazy legs, oldman. Suga pop wasn't the first member but he is an OG of the group. show some respect and keep it funky :)

      @LitefeetUp Před 3 lety +2

      No it didn’t you don’t know what you’re talking about. Funk came before hip hop. Locking was before popping and popping was before hip hop. You need to do your research.

      @@LitefeetUp lol hiphop=breakdance? You better do your research. Popping didn't come until 1977 after the Electric Boogaloo was created.

      @LitefeetUp Před 3 lety +1

      @@davidliu5948 oh yeah so where did boogaloo come from since you know so much? Jazz, funk music, disco music, James brown, LOCKING ROBOT etc all in the 60s and 50s. All boogaloo Sam did was innovate it to the popping we know today. You could look this up in seconds homie. Bboy or bgirl is a hip hop dance. Kool herc innovated in 1973 in the Bronx and SOUL, BOOGALOO, FUNK, DISCO, etc all existed before hip hop. You think look herc made break beats out of thin air? NO he used disco and funk music that’s how he created that sound.

      @@LitefeetUp LOL, I remember myself saying "Breakdance actually existed a decade before Popping". So what is the problem? Did I talk about Funk MUSIC? Did I talk about James Brown? If I said nothing but Popping DANCE and Breakdance, why the hell did you try to make a point about their represented music genre?
