    Great post!!! BR and his young hungry tigers playin intense, swingin jazz. Steve Marcus at his best and a roaring ensemble. Like fine wine, it just gets better with age.

      @@arame29 Cat was a great high atmosphere (altissimo) trumpet player in Duke’s band for many years (1916-1981).

      ​@@sinatrafan9856are you sure? His style is more reminiscent of Dave Stahl. Dave took a lot more liberties I feel than did Chuck.
