Makeup is universal. Anyone can use it. Regardless of the gender. Society and media lead you to believe that women can only wear makeup and there needs to be something separate for men? Even though, several male actors on the red carpet wear makeup just like any other female actor. Men's makeup is literally the same as "women's" makeup with a different marketing strategy leading you to spend way more money. Like, just use makeup lmao?

First time (male) make-up user here. I’m so thankful for this tutorial. I’ve been considering make up for a while to even the skin tones in my face but I feared that I’d look like a teenage girl that just discovered spray tan. The natural look from this video is exactly what I was looking for.
I’m also glad the model has the same skin tone and facial features as me cause I have no clue on how to pick a shade, but I bought the exact same stuff and it worked out well.

@@euphoriaxtraDepends. The only situations I can think of where makeup isn’t supposed to make yourself look prettier, is when you use makeup to look like someone else, or one of those extreme cosplay transformation looks. The average person uses makeup to make themselves look prettier.

Haha right? This was basically a tutorial to make up a gorgeous guy look more attractive for a selfie. The intent was great that it would help hide imperfections that men may be insecure about. So let's show how to do that. I had many male friends who were ashamed of acne scars etc. Lets see a real tutorial
I think for this she would have to actually formulate a line to attack skin problems in a natural way. the stuff she has now its good but im sure they're working on something better . tbh her cleansing line enhances folks who have found a solution to there skin problems already cus it doesn't work like a nutrogena, or clean and clear.
It's a brand, if you want a tut, there so many out there, this was just to help with the facial structure etc. Acne is unisex, you can find ways to cover them up anywhere.

I’m sorry but it’s my pet peeve of the beauty industry, showing off product on people who are already flawless. Thanks Fenty for this. I have dermatitis on my face so was exploring in using a color corrector or concealer to cover the redness. Just that I am always intimidated in looking at the make up session, unsure which shade and which formula best suited for my condition. This video gives me confidence

Fenty should make a men's skincare/makeup line. This is a great tutorial, but men tend to have different skin, than women.
Men tend to have roughly, 25% thicker skin and different skin texture (tougher) , because of testosterone. So what works for a woman's skin, whether it is a cleansing product, moisturizer or cosmetics, will usually have to be formulated differently for men's skin.

No, not at all. HE doesn’t need foundation. Women with even skin tone and pigmentation don’t need foundation either. It has damaging effects in the long run as it blocks your pores. Maybe other men who have patchy pigmentation etc. need it. This perfect man with perfect skin does not.
