If the bobbin case has been installed correctly, that's probably the thread clearance for the bobbin case need to be readjusted. The upper thread needs to go through smoothly on the bobbin case area.
@@catsam1429 If I keep the slide plate open and sew, it works. If I close the slide plate, top thread is going inside the bobbin area and getting tangled.... As far as I understand, thread clearance to the bobbin case is provided...
If that's the presser bar problem, the presser bar height need to readjusting; if only some thick fabric can't feed through, you just need a even feeding foot.
@@francescaxo2350 First take off the face cover, look for the screw that holds the presser bar, make the needle to the lowest position by turn the hand wheel toward you, lower the presser foot, loose that screw and then tighten it. In order to access that screw, you may need to take the head shield off too.

My bobin keeps getting tangled. Cant sew anything. Even replaced the bobun holder.
