After I got lazer hair treatment, I stopped stinking; it was such a wonderful perk. I don't wear deodorant anymore! I'm looking forward to the oversweating segment. I know some people got it way worse than me, but it can be embarrassing.
I have had a few session (very sporadically over many years) but I’m investing in a package and I’m praying it has the same result for me!! 😂 I stay on it with everything you can think of-antibacterial soap etc and it’s literally only my pits so I hope the laser zaps the glands in check lol

Thanks for this video. My partner suffers from excessive sweat and I'll have him try some of your hacks. 😊 Please bring back the podcast! I miss it so much
I’m half Asian and have never had body odor (ABC11 mutation also gives me dry earwax). But I knew a guy who immediately emitted a terrible body odor even when he just stepped out of the shower. No deodorant in the world was enough to stop this smell. He was the cleanest person I knew! And it wasn’t just coming from his armpits, it was his whole body. I always wondered if some endocrine disorder might have caused this? Looking forward to your video on excessive sweating - I dated someone who had that issue.
Maybe he has Trimethylaminuria, or fish odor syndrome (FOS). I've read about this but have never encountered anyone in real life with it. Must be awful to deal with.
@@PatriceChristian I think this might be it. It was kind of a rotten fishy smell. I was afraid to ask him about it, but I always assumed that if there was a treatment, he would’ve pursued it. Thanks for your response!
Thank for your hard work. I tried to make a video once and was humbled immediately. Doctors should be especially commended as this is not their primary source of income, but do this to educate people.
I can vouch for Secret 🙋🏻♀️ 15 years ago I was hospitalized for 5 days with a kidney infection. The first 3 days I was miserable with a fever and didn’t shower because I had no strength. I remember making a comment to my sister about how my deodorant (Secret) was still holding up 😄

I find that using a strong bar soap in those areas work really well. I also find that doing the same treatment to your feet can also prevent them from smelling. (wash with bar soap and/or use any deodorant really)
I wanted to comment about this video. My adult son has had body odor for many years and we have tried everything over the counter and oral medication, nothing worked until now. I had a bottle of hibcleanse and had my son try it. Your video has changed his life and the people around him. I cannot thank you enough. Keep up with the great content.

I did my research and glad I have the same info they do but I would love to see more videos and recommendations of topics like this I’m a self care girl so I love learning more about smelling good ❤😊
One thing that works really well, for me, for several days, is exfoliating! (Once a week on my armpits.) The deodorant works better during that time, on me.
I have a really simple routine with simple products that work: 5-10 minutes before bathing, I put a couple squirts of hand sanitizer under each arm. Then I bathe. And after the bath just spread a little ordinary milk of magnesia under each arm. Works great. Can go for days without stinking.
Something that wasn't addressed in this segment but may be in a future episode is nonenal body odor. (hormonal imbalance or aging body odor) Mirai Clinical uses persimmon tannin and it works well. Their body wash has no fragrance and is quite effective as a nonenal preventive. I like Vanicream's antiperspirant stick. 48 hours, no odor! Hibiclens was mentioned and to get a thoroughly cleansed skin surface, I use it on a Buf-Puf (gentle) to clean my armpits. Results: Smooth as silk. Ready for a fresh application of Vanicream antiperspirant. I think Hibiclens adds to the effectiveness of knocking down those stank inducing bacteria. Just my 2 cents. Great video, doctors! Thank you!
Hibi is good for me when I shower in the morning and use a "natural" Native deodorant instead of letting the Almay antiperspirant sink in after a night wash. However, I found that I have to juggle antiperspirant, natural deodorant and glycolic acid to stay more or less smell free.
I vouch for the effectiveness of Vanicream products, but never tried the deodorant... will absolutely give it a try from your recommendation! Hibiclens is used as part of a pre/post-operative skin washing, but not for use in the genitals. I have it, but use it more as an antiseptic hand wash and for foot hygiene. 🙏🏽🕊
I've tried a salicylic acid wash and it seems like it hasn't had an effect on BO. Benzoyl peroxide wash works very well but I don't like to use it because I'm worried it will bleach my shirts.
@@themikeroberts I don't use a wash, I use an actual 2% bha leaven on product. I've tried a Benozyl wash and didn't work for me, washes just are not enough, I need something to put overnight
Just cut a citrus fruit and rub it under ur armpit. You have a citrus smell and all the sweat is gone. Same goes for hairwashing with citrus. Takes the oil away
Bought the necessaire eucalyptus last night and tried on today… unfortunately I still noticed a faint odor but it was encapsulated in my armpit area only, however it’s a bit early too tell without further testing, and in case it doesn’t work for sure then I’ll try the panoxyl cream wash. As always thanks for your tips and tricks Edit: Just tried the Lume deodorant and it does work somehow.. for now I’m pleased
@@noneofyourbuizness the necessaire didn’t work for me but the Lume was magical and somehow solve all my problems and it’s not clumpy like the squatch one or Mitchum
I’ve used aluminum free deodorant for years now. Native, Necessaire, vanicream (aluminum free version) and secret. Aluminum causes soooo much irritation so I’m glad I’ve found options that don’t cause any issues.
I'm a very stinky person, or at least my armpits are super stinky. Here's my routine: 1) In the shower, I wet my armpits and apply benzoyl peroxide cleanser. I let that sit while I wash my hair. 2) Rinse and wash again with body wash/soap. 3) After my shower, Lume. I use Lume twice a day. It's an alpha hydroxy product. Mandelic acid is gentler than glycolic acid and probably more appropriate for sensitive areas like underarms. 4) I have to wear scrubs at work, and almost everything on the market with stretch is fully synthetic fiber. That stuff traps odor, and detergent isn't gonna get all that bacteria out. After wearing any shirt or bra, but ESPECIALLY scrub tops, I spray down the armpits of the shirt with Oxiclean spray (I think you can use hydrogen peroxide too) and leave it till laundry day. I put my scrubs in the wash on a soak cycle with Oxiclean powder and leave it about 12 hours before washing. Jackets get the full treatment once a week; I don't trust spray-on treatments to get all the way through the layers. Sometimes I still get a bit stinky, usually at work towards the end of my shift. But it's gotten so so much better. I used to start smelling as soon as I put on a fresh outfit and the residual bacteria in the clothing started doing its thing. Lume was the first step towards solving the issue. It helps because it comes out of my clothes better. There's no waxy ingredients that can resist oxygen cleaners and detergent. It also washes off my skin and body hair easily. I used to scrub my armpits two or three times with soap and a mitt and I'd still smell faintly of deodorant and BO. I started using Oxi spray on my clothes at the same time because Lume recommended using an oxygen or enzyme treatment. Then came benzoyl peroxide, and finally the 12hr soak for my scrubs. Also: the other benefit from Lume is that I've stopped getting HS outbreaks in my underarms. It was a mild case to begin with, but I'm still impressed. I think the exfoliation and its ability to wash clean both help keep my sweat glands clean and open. I haven't had an abscess since I started using Lume three years ago. I also think that eliminating antiperspirant ingredients helped. Blocking sweat glands probably isn't right for my body. Hope this helps my fellow stinky people!
I understand the frustration. Sometimes a few minutes after my shower I would notice a sharp scent. I would get so frustrated because I know I was thorough. Also my armpits were sometimes so sensitive that scrubbing them again was not pleasant. Thanks for your suggestions.
I would use normal body wash soap first. Rinse. Then apply benzoyl peroxide cleanser. The bpo cleanser helped your HS, as that's one of the treatments for HS prevention. I recently posted this on IG. I would wear cotton clothing under your scrub top to absorb the sweat
@@21972012145525 I will use this suggestion. I used to use Dettol body soap and honestly its as if i had exfoliated my top layer of skin. I remember forgetting to wear Deo after that but i still smelled good. I also notice that the severity of stinkiness is seasonal, some days are just Baaad like your body has beef with you. Like what did i do to you? Why do you hate me?🤣😆
I will try this out! I am headed back to work in the hospital again.. but when I used to work in the hospital a few years ago I would sweat soo bad! stress sweat at that! I couldn't even make it to the end of my shift! just stankin..So embarrassing! but! recently I changed my diet, I started with no meat (4 mos), and I started to smell better after 3 weeks. Now, I'm going to limit my sugar intake! I'm also going to incorporate some form of exercise every day so I can start moving around. ohhh! I also have hyperhidrosis from having hyperthyroidism.. it sucks! but, I'm starting to get it under control per my last appointment. Goodluck everyone!
benzoyl peroxide works really well (I even use 10% without any irritation) and I personally use Lavilin as a deodorant. It's aluminum free but it works. It has different anti-microbial plants and starch that will fight the bacteria causing the odor. I was very skeptical because aluminum caused severe irritation on my skin, so I needed an alternative and none of the others worked long term.

So, from my experience, if applied correctly, Secret can actually power through 72h. If the weather isn't too humid or too hot, it'll hold, otherwise it'll just slide off. The problem i have with it, is that it does cause some irritation and armpits skin looks darker. Because of that I prefer Mitchum, it'll hold for solid 24h. Just apply overnight on dry clean skin. No need to reapply in the morning.
I used the benzoyl peroxide once a week and a deoderant baking soda . . . And that just wasn’t enough, but switching up the pH by using glycolic acid twice a week in the evening has finally got me where I want to be.
I'm a 31 yearold woman. About 5 years ago, my BO became way stronger. My pits only smelled up close to my skin, and now I can clear a room if I lift my arms after a stressful moment. It definitely gets worse when I when I take fish oil or drink alcohol.
Please use Diatomaceous Earth and a healthy tea like sage or neem tea. Make a paste and let it sit on your under arms over night. Wash off in the AM. Do this for 7 days straight. The following week 3-4 times a week.
Thank you so much for all of the work and information you put into your videos. I’m going through it financially and “make too much” for medi-cal, and now I have some shitty covered California bronze level health coverage with copays and deductibles I just can’t afford right now. I switched to the deodorant that makes the skin inhospitable to bacteria and stuck with it for this reason: it doesn't stain my clothes. I hate pit stains and a lot of anti-perspirants and deodorants just lead to weird stains on my clothes. While it's hard to tell, I do think that I sweat less now that I am no longer using a sweat-occlusion product and just letting my pits do what they will. Now, I will acknowledge that the staying power of the glycolic acid is not quite the same as an actual anti-perspirant so there are some life situations where I will use the Vanicream (thanks for the rec!!!) but for my normal every day life, my Neccessaire or my Crystal deodorant work great, I like the smell of them, they seem to work for my lifestyle (your mileage may vary if you are not working in a temp-controlled office!!!), and they don't stain my clothes! Works for me! I'm glad to have non-aluminum options, personally!
Great video. I was the practice manager of an Atlanta area Dermatology practice. I would encourage anyone with hyperhidrosis issues to look into having Miradry done. It greater 80-90% reduces excessive sweating and underarm oder. There is another device called Morpheus for the same procedure. You are sore for about 1 week, but your sweating is greatly reduced if not eliminated. The one thing that happens is that after 2 months you will notice underarm smell even if you never had that problem. But this goes away in 1 month. It is an adrenal issue. I had it and can validate its effectiveness.
Love the videos and I have to give props since I have learned so much on various skins conditions and what works and what doesn't - dare I say even more then from my dermatologist.
I use glycolic in the pm on my pits after showering and lume deorderant in the am. The lume stick is very moisturizing and is nice combined with TO glycolic acid.
yes! it’s so moisturizing & gentle for my underarms, that’s really the only reason i still pay the price for it 😂😂. plus it works for me! it definitely doesn’t work for everyone, but i’m glad i’ve found something gentle enough for my skin that actually WORKS!
I love the necessarie deodorant! It helps decrease darkness and Ingrowns if you wax or shave. Surprised Lume wasn’t mentioned they just came out with a sweat resistant version
I find that Lume works moderately well. I love one of the scents available-is it just a fragrance? I believe they say that it neutralizes odor somehow. How does it actually work though?
I have suffered from excessive sweating and odor since puberty (I also have super waxy ears). I eat clean, work out, shower regularly and nothing seems to work. I’ve tried everything: benzoyl peroxide, hibiclens, glycolic acid, prescription strength deodorants, all of it. I tried Lume and it changed my scent for the worse. It’s been a lifelong struggle and seems to get worse as I get older. Sucks big time.
Hey, profuse sweater over here! Unfortunately, not just from my pits. I use the crystal ice deodorant at night (after a shower) and then layer a natural deodorant in the morning. Depending on my deodorant I might reapply midday. But if I'm not going to be very active I don't have to. I tried lume and I just didn't like how the smell mixed with my pH. Wasn't body odor but a different scent I didn't enjoy. I will say tweezing (or waxing) makes deodorants work better for me. And there is a detox period when initially going natural. Most people say 2 weeks. Mine was between 4-6 because I was using really strong antiperspirants. I also feel like I sweat less know than when I was using prescription strength stuff. I hope some of this info helps.
In India, the products that worked for me are: Chemist at Play Roll On(has 5% AHA, Lactic Acid & 1% Mandelic Acid), Nivea Protect & Care(has Aluminum Chlorohydrate), and Perobar soap(has 5% Benzoyl Peroxide).
Usual deodorants work for me but I switched to using AHA products. Minimalist 8% glycolic acid after shower works well. Chemist at play orange one too works well!
I had literally tried soooooo many antidepressants, speciality deodorants, home remedies, you name it. I finally went online to try to figure out what to do. Based on that research, I started taking chlorophyll (I personally use Nature's Way liquid or tablets). I have now been using chlorophyll for nearly 3 years and it works!! I'm now able to take the chlorophyll every other day and I have no odor problems. I do still sweat, but no oder... seriously!! Hopefully, this might work for someone else.
I also like chlorophyll tablets, which is why I am surprised they didn't mention the fact that diet affects body odour.. chlorophyll doesn't neutralise the bacteria on the skin, it's a supplement
@@shazbaz5695I had to look that up as I'd never heard of it. All I read is that condition says you have a fishy order. That was not the smell I'd get, so I don't feel it is that. I tend to think my eating dairy had an impact on it. It was less of a problem if I hadn't eaten a lot of dairy, but it was still an odor problem. My friends said they could never smell any body odor, but I couldn't even think about wearing a top more than once prior to washing. I could now wear a top more than once, if I chose to.
Use odorcide with your laundry detergent in laundry let soak for 30 min before letting the cycle complete. Use downy rinse and refresh on as well it has citric acid washes away residue.

Lume deodorant and the 'male version' Mando both block odor for 72 hrs and they're very impressive. I usually use them after I shower then wear the Old Spice with the fabulous scent that I love so much for the next day or two - all while the Lume/Mando is controlling the odor. Plus, they can be used anywhere on the body - developed by an MD, I'm a huge fan of these products! Thanks for yet another excellent video with tons of information!!

I am a woman and I can confirm that I think Axe smells really nice. I’m not sure why people act like it smells bad? It’s just mens perfume in aerosol form that’s affordable
Can we talk about boob sweat for moment? I have large breasts that I humorously refer to as mangoes. In warmer weather or after exercising the odor beneath my breast is unpleasant. A quick swipe of Degree Ultraclear Black + White antiperspirant deodorant beneath my breasts and underarms is quite effective in eliminating unpleasant odor. It does have a very mild unisex scent.
Several years ago my deodorant stopped working. I tried several other brands and even made my own. Nothing was working. I did some research and found out that for some people, aluminum based deodorants don't work. So I tried one without the aluminum and low and behold, it worked! The one I use is Native. I saw a quick picture of it in the video but you guys didn't mention it. Just wanted to say that it is a great deodorant that lasts all day, even in the heat & humidity of TN, for anyone who may be searching like I was.

I can’t believe you two didn’t mention MiraDry. Yes, it does work for odor. There is a subset of us where nothing topical works all that well. I really think the issue needs to be broken down further, i.e., what type of smell is it? Body chemistry is different for everyone, and that probably matters regarding the topicals. Alkaline or acidic, for example. There must be a gene or enzyme breakdown defect that produces these odor problems. If they only had an algorithm to identify it.
Thank you for this video. Can you review the products from Carpe and Lume? I hear so much about them and would love to know what you guys think about them.

I Jane Triaminuria . I don’t know if you have any videos on this condition. It causes extreme body odor and there is a high suicide rate for sufferers. I found Secret clinical deodorant works great. With this condition you have to practice very good hygiene also.
What about Certain DRI? You are supposed to use it at bed time. Works like a charm for me, I apply 2-3 times a week. If I don’t let it dry after applying, it can be itchy though.
Don't know if it's available in the US, but I've been using a deodorant called Driclor for years. There's another one called Perspirex which is the exact same thing. You use it once a month, put it on at night, let it dry, and wash it off in the morning. Day to day I then use a normal deodorant. I used to sweat BADLY. So much so, I had Botox done under my arms twice. These products stopped me sweating entirely. Yes they contain Aluminium. I don't care if they cause issues. My sweating was so bad, it was effecting my mental health. Anyone who suffers with sweating BADLY, look into these two. They genuinely work.
Same thing, Perspirex was a life saver for me. BO was never really a problem, but the quantity of sweat and the stains it left under my arm made me feel terrible.

I would love to see a video on HS (Hidradenitis suppurativa). There not many videos on this. I have it on my armpits, groin area and breast area as well. I suffer silently and in soo much pain. I have tried antibiotics, creams and liquid bacterial soap. Plz HELP. 🇨🇦❤️❤️
For HS: Use benzoyl peroxide cleanser in the shower. Rub it on for a minute, let it sit a minute, rinse off for a minute. Ask your Dr for Rx clindamycin topical solution. Use like a toner with a cotton round on the affected area as directed by the prescriber.
I have this problem big time. Antiperspirant with either Triclocarban or Triclosan were the only things that worked for me but these are banned now. A doctor advised me to use hydrogen peroxyde. It does seem to work somewhat. What about antimicrobial soap with benzalkonium chloride (Dial, Dove, etc)?
Have you tried using a Benzoyl Peroxide Wash, such as PanOxyl Benzoyl Peroxide Cream 4% Daily Cleansing Wash? You can find it wherever acne products are sold. Try to leave it on for a few minutes before washing off. It's worked very well for me.

IF you experience any dryness, which is something I was worried about, just apply an unscented moisturizer after washing, such as the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream. It still works if you apply a cream over top. Good Luck!!

I’m surprised you guys didn’t discuss Lume. I’ve been using it for about 2 years now. It works great and can be used anywhere on your body. Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks!
I tried Lume… it was horrible. I smelled worse than I do when I don’t wear anything and it took close to 2 weeks after using it for that odor to go away. I reached out to customer support to return it since they guarantee it will work and they tried selling me more products and blamed it on my clothing even though I had worn a brand new shirt one of the days I used Lume and the odor was constant even right after a shower. I’m glad it works for you though! Maybe it wasn’t mentioned because there could be something in the ingredients that could cause it to be ineffective for others? I’m interested to see if they mention anything about it in the future.
I would love for you guys to test Lumē deodorant and do a video on it to discuss the science behind how it works and how effective you think it is, etc.

I haven’t had this experience (going on 2 months using it) but I can see how others may get different reactions from it. I would definitely also agree that it is expensive, but it’s an investment for me. The ONLY reason I still use it is because it’s the most gentle & moisturizing deodorant I’ve ever used! My skin is super sensitive so I can’t use a lot of deodorants, but I find this one great for my skin & gentle☺️

After I got lazer hair treatment, I stopped stinking; it was such a wonderful perk. I don't wear deodorant anymore! I'm looking forward to the oversweating segment. I know some people got it way worse than me, but it can be embarrassing.
Wow.
But just for the record, laser hair removal didn't work for me like that. I had 11 sessions two years ago.
I’ve gotten 12-14 rounds of laser hair removal over 5yrs and I will still stink if my hygiene is not good
It reduces it imo but you can still be rank if you don't shower lol
I have had a few session (very sporadically over many years) but I’m investing in a package and I’m praying it has the same result for me!! 😂 I stay on it with everything you can think of-antibacterial soap etc and it’s literally only my pits so I hope the laser zaps the glands in check lol

This is anecdotal, but I find people who eat a lot of meat don't smell great :P
Maybe he has Trimethylaminuria, or fish odor syndrome (FOS). I've read about this but have never encountered anyone in real life with it. Must be awful to deal with.

I find that using a strong bar soap in those areas work really well. I also find that doing the same treatment to your feet can also prevent them from smelling. (wash with bar soap and/or use any deodorant really)

Hypochlorous spray to feet and armpits after PE for teens is also helpful, since they can’t shower.
One thing that works really well, for me, for several days, is exfoliating! (Once a week on my armpits.) The deodorant works better during that time, on me.
I do this everytime I shower. I use a exfoliating glove all over
I have a really simple routine with simple products that work:
5-10 minutes before bathing, I put a couple squirts of hand sanitizer under each arm.
I use Hibiclens and spray deodorant ‘down there’ and a swipe of CertainDri on my pits at night then wash off in morn (never sweat there now)
I vouch for the effectiveness of Vanicream products, but never tried the deodorant... will absolutely give it a try from your recommendation! Hibiclens is used as part of a pre/post-operative skin washing, but not for use in the genitals. I have it, but use it more as an antiseptic hand wash and for foot hygiene. 🙏🏽🕊
Where do you guys buy the vanicream? Can't find it anywhere.

Did it work
@@entertinment2 Exactly. Helped me chose products more consciously
So informative ❤❤thank you Doctorly
I'm a very stinky person, or at least my armpits are super stinky. Here's my routine:
1) In the shower, I wet my armpits and apply benzoyl peroxide cleanser.
Maybe wearing a quick dry undershirt under your scrubs.
@QManagerin do you use the benzoyl on the anal area too? I assume that’s one of the hot spots but it was specified in the video

Uhh looking forward to that hieprdrosis video! I really liked the way you approached this subject
I would increase the bpo cleanser
How you switch your pH?
The baking soda in the deodorant raises the pH and the glycolic acid lowers it. Probably slight changes, but it's made a world of a difference for me.
Lume and mirai products work well for body washing. Mitchum for men antiperspirant gel unscented is my go to and works really well too.
Be careful antiperspirant can cause cancer especially if it has aluminum
I recently started wearing lume deo before bedtime and it actually works

Charcoal? How does it work? I use lime tho but when i get too sweaty it smell odd

We will discuss miradry in our hyperhidrosis video!

@@joker69ification literally the exact same here. I never ever smelt. But wearing shirts at work with big sweat patches under my arms was humiliating. I used to actually feel beads of sweat run down the side of my body. It was so bad. Driclor and Perispex changed my life overnight. Also, it's never stopped working which was something I was initially worried about. Never did and I've been on it for a good 4/5 years now.
I have been suffering from Tmau Odor diseases for the past few years now without having a permanently treatment. After I use the effective herbal 🌿supplement from Dr.Auchi on CZcams for one was cure permanently from Tmau odor and I no longer have bad smell symptoms anymore..❤❤❤
What about stress sweating? I have anxiety and even when I think I'm calm, out of nowhere, I stress sweat - it smells different to normal BO
That’s normal n yes It Stinks.
@@NkNk-vg8fc but how to combat the smell?! It's embarrassing.
Have you tried benzoyl peroxide cleanser?

Just found this video. Going to try some of your ideas, as I have terrible underarm odor, no matter how much bathing, antiperspirants I use, and changing into clean clothes I do per day. Hope something helps. Thank you!
Oh wow great breakdown of what causes Body Odor thank you Doctors! Question, is it bad to block the sweat as its part of our biology?

I would love to see a video on HS (Hidradenitis suppurativa). There not many videos on this. I have it on my armpits, groin area and breast area as well. I suffer silently and in soo much pain. I have tried antibiotics, creams and liquid bacterial soap. Plz HELP. 🇨🇦❤️❤️
I've just posted on this on insta! ❤
Lmk if you cannot see it!
@doctorly what to do when the smell and taste is on breast aureolas?
For HS: Use benzoyl peroxide cleanser in the shower. Rub it on for a minute, let it sit a minute, rinse off for a minute.
Ask your Dr for Rx clindamycin topical solution. Use like a toner with a cotton round on the affected area as directed by the prescriber.
Dr dray has a video on hs.
The Hibiclens they mentioned is an antimicrobial soap.
@@michellekelly2937 Thanks! My small local pharmacy does not carry it but I've ordered it from Amazon, should arrive Saturday. Very excited about trying it.
@@themikeroberts Not available in my corner of the world unfortunately 😞But thanks! I'm really desperate and considering Botox (yes, it's successfully used for that but temporary & pricy).
@@smcdonald9991 I really hope it works for you. I learned about this product from Dr. Dray (Dermatologist). She uses it to wash her underarms and highly recommended trying it. I'm amazed at how well it works! I don't need any deodorant since using this wash. IF you experience any dryness, which is something I was worried about, just apply an unscented moisturizer after washing, such as the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream. It still works if you apply a cream over top. Good Luck!!
Here in Pakistan many use Glycolic Acid from Ordinary and FA antiperspirant roll on together they work wonders!
Thank you for sharing may God bless you I believe that if I try one of the product it will work for me perfectly
My biggest hack is hand sanitizer for under arms and it works hundred percent
I'd like to hear your thoughts on Nuud deodorant. I've been using it over a year now and absolutely love it, seriously no need to reapply more than a couple of times a week if you don't want to. Its main odor fighting ingredient is micronized silver particles in the cream.
I second that. Nuud is great! I apply it twice a week, maybe 3 times a week in summer. I'll never go back to antiperspirants.
@@josue20491 right! I'll take being sweaty as long as I don't smell lol. I just don't like the residue antiperspirants leave behind on my clothes that turns all yellow.
What's the active ingredient?
I just tried a dime size of castor oil and two drops of tea tree mixed together in my palms and applied to my pits today. It's been a chilled Sunday. So far, so good.
There are so many different products available, and people can have totally different experiences. But I wanted to share my favourite product. I highly recommend the nivea spray anti-perspirant!
Where do you purchase
Glad the Nivea works for you 😊 but it didn’t like me.
I Highly recommend , Fluconazole shampoo/ solution or other Azole’ s group , since sometimes fungus infections ( transfer easily in the gym ) causes odor without any additional symptoms.
Yes

I am 38 years old and dealing with body odor for the first time ever (that I can remember). I have hyperhidrosis, so I am not sure if something activated recently or what. It sucks.
I believe is also hormonal I started developing similar thing at similar age to you so it was mentioned in the video light salicylic acid cleaner in the area would act as an antimicrobial which would help without over doing to avoid any irritation, if that work brilliant if not maybe few laser sessions will do the job and good luck.

I sweat BAD but I don't have body odor like others. I used to use Dial antibacterial gel to clean. It's cheaper and works great. I don't wear deodorant but I carry it with me in case. I have been super lucky in the BO regard but I have severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis as a trade off, I guess.
Dr. could also make a video on devices like the mini hifu, rf, ems and pulse. some says it kills the facial fats which is bad, some says its tightens and mizes pores & skins. hope you could create a conteent on this, thanks.
I’m surprised you guys didn’t discuss Lume. I’ve been using it for about 2 years now. It works great and can be used anywhere on your body. Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks!
Lume smells gross 🤢
Doesn’t work!
Doesn’t work
@@Karli841I found their customer service to be the same.
I would love for you guys to test Lumē deodorant and do a video on it to discuss the science behind how it works and how effective you think it is, etc.
I've found Lume deodorant to be the best on the market but wonder why more dem doctors don't endorse Lume that was created by an OB/GYN so good luck with a review, but I am waiting for that video.
@@hotpeachjuicyI wasn't too impressed with it. It did work for 24 hours, but no more, and is VERY expensive.
@@TheRegisteredNerdI found the same situation, then it didn't work at all (in the period of about 1-2 months). I also thought that regardless of the scent I purchased, Lume itself stunk. I hated even putting it on.
@@hotpeachjuicy i absolutely love Lume!
@@julieendlich9323 I can understand you saying that it stunk! I used to use the unscented version & it smelled bad lol but when it seeped into my skin i was good for the whole day! the peony rose scent cream doesn’t stink to me though so that’s the scent i use now. My friend has also tried Lume and said that it stopped working for her after the first week!
What do you think of Lume?
Taking fenugreek made sweet sweat, smelled like syrup. For a maybe not so healthy option Mitchum works awesome-for days, yes days, best for those rustic camping trips.
Why isn't Mitchum healthy? I luv it.
