📍Ingredients:-
For Kabab :-
Boneless chicken 600-700 gms
Coriander leaves 1 fist
Green chillies 5-6
Mint leaves 1 fist
Salt 1 tbsp
Seekh kabab masala 2&1/2 tbsp
Onions 1 medium size
(slicely chopped)
Butter 1 tbsp
Thick Curd 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
1/2 Lemon juice
Bread slices 4
Cooking oil 4-5 tbsp
For seekh kabab masala :-
Cloves 15-20
All spice 1 tbsp
Mace flower 3
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green cardamom 10-12
Long pepper 4
Cinnamon stick 4
(2 inch)
Black cardamom 6
Star anise 1
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Bay leaves 2-3
Nutmeg small piece
Dry pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
Whole dry red chillies 8-9
Dry roasted chickpeas 4 tbsp & fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
For Dahi Mixture :-
Fresh Curd 1/3 cup
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
Green chutney 1 tbsp
Chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp
For topping :-
Chaat masala powder
Melted butter - Jak na to + styl

BY *. ❤🧡 Zaika-e-Lucknow 🧡❤....ma'am presented as thumbnail ..recipe looks so tempting bouhat he delicious , ma'am used boneless chicken + coriander leaves + green chilli + mint leaves +salt 1tbsp, + seekh kabab masala +onion ( slicely chopped ) + butter 1 tbsp + thick curd + ginger garlic paste 2tbsp + 1/2 lemon juice + bread slice grinde them , now in pan add 4-5 tbsp cooking oil & heat , with the help of wooden skewer prepare Seekh kabab.....fry all on low flame ...prepare chutney with curd add chutney masala .....spread over all seekh kabab .....garnish with onion ,.......kabab masala recipe is also shown I'll note down in my diary .....overall bouhat hee zabardast recipe ❤❤❤💖💖💖💖
