Those are my favorite tortillas too. I just bought some to make chips with them and thought it might be a good idea to find a video for some tips. I have found that within the last year anytime I eat corn or things made with corn it makes me feel sick and bloated. So I'm excited to try these. Thank you for the video and info.

You never explained why you did not use a paper Towel - Can you let me know? I like your video, buy why not strain the grease?
Ahhh so sorry about that. Not straining the oil Completely, allows the salt and lime juice to adhere to the chips for better flavor ! Thanks for this question!
