  • Battery Build almost complete. We move to final stages of testing and then to installing it into the party bus.

    I'm surprised you have confidence in those connectors for the water lines. I'd be paranoid about them failing. Although I don't know what you would use alternatively to be honest.

      The cooling system operates at < 1 bar while the working pressure of the push fittings is 10 Bar. Should be okay :)

    smoke alarm is low on battery (2min)
    Any regrets in not designing the battery system to be removable from the bottom with like a drop down panel and a sled? It seems like once the bus is built, removal for maintenance will be difficult.
    Also what's the total amp hour capacity of the system and per battery?

      Maintenance wise, majority can be achieved through the top with battery lid removed. 2.5kwh per battery module, and combined is 40kwh.
