It seems like once the bus is built, removal for maintenance will be difficult. Also what's the total amp hour capacity of the system and per battery?

The cooling system operates at < 1 bar while the working pressure of the push fittings is 10 Bar. Should be okay :)

Maintenance wise, majority can be achieved through the top with battery lid removed. 2.5kwh per battery module, and combined is 40kwh.
