- Guess who made it just in time for San Diego Comic-Con. The first footage of Frank Castle’s return as The Punisher arrived as an added bonus to the latest Marvel Netflix teaser. “Looks like I arrived just in time,” Frank, played by The Walking Dead veteran Jon Bernthal, says in the promo.

Jon Bernthal's such a cool dude, and him and Deborah seem to get along really well. I think it was a brilliant choice putting Karen in Punisher and furthering their relationship, because their chemistry shines through onscreen together.
I really like what he says at 5:37. That, on top of Daredevil S2 really convinces me that he'll be the best Punisher.
Well it looks like a mature adult relationship personally I hate rom coms and such and don't like women being depicted as just disposable sex toys either.

thestaceofspade I wish we had more scenes of them too but in a way the limited time together made those scenes even more special. They have such amazing chemistry and I really love how their characters were handled this season.

when Punisher hits it's a good possibility that it will blow Daredevil away because in reality what made that season 2 of Daredevil so great was the revealing of The Punisher and what he brought to the story, He will undoubtedly be in The Defenders season 2

Yeah, even like a sniping scene like at the end of Daredevil S2.
The punisher is the best character out of all of them but I think it’s out of character for him to help any of the defenders out. He only cares about killing the people that killed his family. I think the only reason he helped daredevil in the last episode of season 2 where he sniped those few ninjas is because he considers daredevil like a friend or at least someone he very much respects for not changing who he is.

I met JB in 2011 Emerald City Comicon. He's a straight up cool ass guy. He became one of my favorite actors. I'm still making Shane jokes all the time. He's an absolute blue collar, hard working actor. Still got the walking dead picture that he signed for me, next to my Seahawks helmet with Shaun Alexander and Ricky Waters' autograph.

I wish the next Marvel Netflix Event would be "Shadowland" where daredevil loses it after the death of Karen and decides to lead the Hand in hope of Returning Elektra Back, which causes Luke, Danny, Frank and Jessica to seek the help of Spiderman, Ghost Rider and Captain America in order to save New York, which would be the first crossover between Netflix and main MCU arc.
