The womans rugby world cup final was better more dramatic,better crowd,better atmosphere and a NEUTRAL ref
@@Trajan2401 hilarious. that awful match had 20 mins of ball in play. I think union's product is a lot better than it used to be - that Ireland vs France match in the six nations was a belter. but to use that game of an example shows you have awful taste in sports
Kiwis had this game - but gave away too many sets to the Aussies in the 2nd half for about 15mins that conceded 6pts and took the energy out of them and reduced their own opportunities to do the same to the Aussies.
Great game of Rugby League! Right up there with some of the best matches I've seen. Will be a great game to reminisce over in many years to come to rewatch.

There have been a couple of fantastic games in this world cup. This is great and a nice crowd too.
Feel like the Kiwis were the better side but made a few simple errors in the second half. Aussie on attack was like watching prime Warriors. Super loose and unstructured. The opposite of what youâd expect. They looked very beatable.
Good for Aus.. but have you seen how Samoa is celebrating and the momentum they have?? I know both squads know each other well and it's gonna be a great final but Samoa for the win!!

Because teams like USA and South Africa would dominate league because of there speed size and aggression and vice versa in union, all blacks and kangaroos have the advantage of playing minnow sports, if all these countries poured there playing numbers and resources into league the Aussie would not be as dominant

I totally agree. How can an Aussie be in charge. Should have been neutral Ref. Although it may not have have changed result and congrats to Aus for winning we got some shit calls. Shoulder charges in NRL are penalties but Klein did nothing on a couple of occasions. Biased prick.

I'd personally prefer to have an annual 6 Nations, with England, Aus, Tonga, Samoa, NZ and a qualifying team from the rest. Play every year apart from when there is a world cup and alternate between Northern and Southern hemisphere. We need to learn from Union on the international scene.
@@RandomShart The issue is money and support. Aside from Australia, everyone in RL has always been financially struggling. If the ARLC/NRL invested more into expanding the game outside of Oceania, it could create a large viable market worldwide which would also help the NRL by way of TV rights and merch sales. "A rising tide lifts all boats."
The Pacific islands RL don't have money because they're small economies. NZ RL doesn't have money because their country's main focus is RU. England RL doesn't have enough money because their country's main focus is soccer and RU. On top of that, Europe lacks competition for England and France RL, while the latter makes no money at all.
IMO growing the game in Turkey and Jamaica (sizeable amateur scenes in both), growing the game in Ghana, Nigeria, Brazil, Serbia and Lebanon, and setting-up RL in Algeria (many ethnic Algerians in French RL), Iran (great at soccer and wrestling) and Ukraine (not as occupied with wrestling or basketball as other ex-USSR states) should be top priority.

Kick chase cant enter within the 10 if offside. Rapana i think it was, was offside from the kick and got within 10 meters where the ball landed. Stupid rule but its a rule nonetheless

@@64kuki42 nrl, superleague and international game all have different rules and interpretations its a problem with having 3 different boards and governance. In the nrl its still a rule but they use interpretation to rule on it like did it have an affect on play. Superleague and international they stick to the black and white rule of it. Like i said its a shit rule. Nrl is also more lenient on the dummy runner, in superleague even if it happens 15 meters away from the ball they tend to rule obstruction. But then the NRL bring out new rules and laws for their own competition every season without consulting with the international body and super league. It causes shit like this where you watch the nrl all season and see one set of rules and interpretation get officiated and then u seen this shit happen and people think its a conspiracy or fix but its really not

Agree with a lot of the comments. Was a great game to watch but still comes down to why the fuck was there an Aus ref in this game. Especially Klein who was suspended in NRL for a really bad call while in the bunket. Of course he was going to be biased where he could he's a fuckin Aussy ref against the Kiwis.
