I love eating zucchini pancakes with yogurt sauce or just sour cream 😋 Carrot pancakes in panirok turn out crispy and very tender, children eat them instantly! I'm sure you'll like them too! Bon appetit! 🥰
📝 Ingredients
Zucchini and rice fritters 0:00
🔹 2 zucchini
🔹 50 g (1.8 oz) round rice
🔹 2 eggs
🔹 1 tbsp flour
🔹 salt and black pepper
🔹 1/2 tsp paprika
🔹 bunch of parsley
🔹 1 clove of garlic
🔹 olive oil
Sauce
🔹 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
🔹 1 tbsp mayonnaise
🔹 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
🔹 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
🔹 1 clove of garlic
🔹 salt and black pepper
Carrot fritters with rice 5:21
🔹 50 g (1.8 oz) round rice
🔹 olive oil
🔹 1 onion
🔹 2 carrots
🔹 1 egg
🔹 1 tbsp flour
🔹 1/3 tsp dried garlic
🔹 1/2 tsp paprika
🔹 salt
🔹 black pepper
🔹 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

I will try to write it here
Cream: 3/4 cups butter
2 cups sugar
Add: 3 eggs (1 at a time - beat well)
2 tsp. vanilla
Sift together & add
21/2 cups flour
1/2 cups cocoa
21/2 tsp. baking powder
11/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix in 1/2 cup milk
Mix in with a spoon : 2 tsp grated orange rind. 2 cups coarsly grated zucchini unpealed.
Lastly 2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about an hour. May vary depending on oven.
Orange Glaze
In a medium bowl stir until smooth 1 cup icing sugar, 5 tsps orange juice, 1 tsp shredded orange peel (optional) and 1 tsp bubbling hot melted butter. Spread on cooled cake.
This cake is a moist cake which is always a favorite.
