proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto https; is important to set cookies on live production domains. I spent 5 hours trying to dig in my code to see why the cookie wasn't set. I didn't want to go to nginx because I wasn't used to it. it. But it was the last thing I did to get it to work. HAPPY.
You probably dont give a shit but does anybody know of a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost the login password. I would love any help you can offer me.

Great video, thanks! Note, however that in my case the method works only when I put "proxy_set_header" directives inside "location" blocks.
