They did, they told us how he curbed his desires to build the perfect body because he knew it would impact his performance at training during the week. if you have ever tried balancing gym work with a busy football schedule you'll appreciate this video.

Ronaldo is the best for chust one reason,he is training like professional all his life. Every men who gonna training like Ronaldo every day all years,about 20-25 years you gonna be a pro player.And its normal,because talen is to keep work every day,but moust of the peoples go training 1 years and thats it-no result
