Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

Hey guys! Today's dish I'll be making Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings.

Ingredients
Marinade
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
2tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks green onion, chopped
1/2 onion, choped
3 cloves garlic, minced
Add chilies for spice (optional)
Flour mix
1 cup Flour
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp baking powder
Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper
