I am absolutely loving that we’re finally seeing more diversity in the country music world. It seems the new generation of our country artist and of course some of the older as well or becoming more accepting of peoples differences and it’s about time. If country music will continue to embrace the differences as well as the variety it’s offered just maybe the country music fans will do the same.

This is my new favorite country music singer. He is Charley Pride on steroids! I am a white country boy but love country music no matter what color the person is singing. I grew up listening to Marty Robbins, Charley Pride, Alabama, and many more. This guy is good and deserves a record deal! Diversity is beautiful as my wife is Mexican and our children are Mexican, Indian, Russian, Estonian, and Ukranian. God bless America! God bless our Military! And God bless Country Music!

I just happened upon this particular video while in search of entirely unrelated subject, but his voice is so unique I couldn't help but stop and listen. I grew up in South West Louisiana where country music is as plentiful as rice fields. In all honesty I felt homesick for the first time in nearly 20 years. God bless you Milton.
I found this guy last night. I've listened to this song I know a hundred times over and over and from what some of us and he's not on the charts what the hell is wrong with people I am a white country boy and I gotta say color don't have anything to do with it music crosses all boundaries but this boy can sing his ass off and I think he's the real deal and if anybody in Nashville or anywhere else but notice that they need to go there the damn head in the dirt get their head out of their ass and it pisses me off to know that he's not on the charts what a singer good god of mighty I don't like today's country music that much but I can't get this song out of my head and I'm a straight guy I like women all the way but he seems that now a sexy way and being that he is colored makes the song even that much more killer great job man don't stop

I love me some country music, wearing my hat and boots, but I had never heard of the young man. His music easily could and should be on the radio. It is a sad thing that people in that genre may not be willing to just hear the pure artistry and promote his career.

The song is a tragic story; but, I am so proud you were able to turn it into fuel that fired your dreams of becoming a country music star! Not many may have noticed; but, as a 20-year retired USAF Vet, I appreciate your support by wearing our crest on your cowboy hat. Retired in Little Rock now, I know one of Arkansas motto's well [The Diamond State]; and, although I'm not certain he realized the double entendre; but, when Howie said at your original AGT audition that you were a "true Diamond in the rough", he was correct on both counts. Mr. Lusby, many thanks to you for putting this video and song up for all the world to enjoy.
