But in front of a raucous home crowd, Urawa Reds Ladies were finally crowned Queens of Asia after defeating Korea Republic's Hyundai Steel Red Angels 2-1.
Our man Alex Bishop was on the ground at Urawa Komaba Stadium to witness all the action.
