Ολικης αλεσεως πολυσπορo σπιτικο ψωμι. wholemeal bread multiseed

Εύκολες,γρήγορες,οικονομικές και πεντανόστιμες συνταγές!
ενεργοποίηση ζύμης....
2 φακελάκια μαγιας συνολικα 18 g.
1 κουταλιά της σούπας ζάχαρη.
λίγο χλιαρό νερό.
Προσθέστε 2 κουταλιές αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις.
και τα συνδυάζουμε μαζί.
καλύψτε για 10 λεπτά έως ότου ενεργοποιηθεί η μαγιά
υλικα....
600 γμ αλεύρι ολικής αλέσεως
300 γραμμάρια σκληρού κίτρινου αλευριού
300 γμ αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις
1 κουταλιά της σούπας αλάτι
2 κουταλιές σούπας ελαιόλαδο
η ζύμη μας διογκώθηκε και θα προσθέσετε σταδιακά περίπου 600 ml νερού.
και ανακατεύουμε τα πάντα στο μίξερ για περίπου 10 λεπτά
μαύρο και ασπρο σουσάμι
1 κσι του γλυκού λιναρόσπορος
1 κσ ηλιόσποροι
1 κσ κολοκυθόσποροι

dough activation ....
2 sachets of yeast total 18 g.
1 tablespoon sugar.
a little lukewarm water.
Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
and we combine them together.
cover for 10 minutes until the yeast is activated
materials ....
600 g of wholemeal flour
300 g of hard yellow flour
300 g all purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
our dough swelled and you will gradually add about 600 ml of water.
and mix everything in the mixer for about 10 minutes
black and white sesame
1 tablespoons of sweet flaxseed
1 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoons pumpkin seed

Διαδικασία άψογη και μικρό βίντεο να μην πλατιάζει και κουράζει. Υπέροχο αποτέλεσμα με φραντζολάκια όπως αρέσουν και σε μένα απλά εγώ τα κάνω σε φόρμα. Μπράβο. 👍

A repeated copy paste comment is spam even if you see the whole video. One minute is spam for a long video. It is spam if you write before watching the video. There are many spam variables. There are those who insert some blocking words in the channel like subscriber, spare parts etc ... those words like the offensive one go into spam.

This is my favourite bread & I miss it a lot from Switzerland. The bread in the USA is not so good. Your bread looks very healthy & I enjoy you making it in this video. Ναι Αντιγόνη μου μπορείς να το κάνεις στο χέρι και ξέχασα να το πω στο βίντεο γιατί δεν έχουν όλοι μίξερ το έχω κάνει και χωρίς μίξερ γίνεται το ίδιο!!! όχι δεν κάνει το μίξερ για το smoothie καλύτερα στο χέρι ✋✋
