@Jonas Landyn i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and Im in the hacking process atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I personally am Cummins guy. I really do love them. But hey, Chevy, Ford and dodge diesels are all awesome and I respect people's choices when it comes to them. I got no problem with em!
I think all three are great, I just wish Ford had a better weight rating for towing, from the last time I checked you're out allowed to put 26k on a F450 while a Dodge or Chevy 3500 ton can put up to 30k on them, I might have missed some details on the Ford advertisement
what i noticed is that when they accelerate slowly they gain more traction and pull the other vehicle and when they floor it they loose all traction and loose, also another technique would be turning side to side
This video looks like it took place in the same neighborhood where the red Silverado dually was tugging against a freightliner that was bobtailing, just had the fifth wheel on the rear wheels and the Silverado tugged it back and forth and everyone was trying to say that the Silverado was the best while the freightliner had no weight on it's rear wheels, the peterbilt showing up proved them wrong that you need some weight on the rear wheels of a semi in order to pull and shut up those idiots that were saying you don't
well i mean if they all used the same tires which i dont see but if they did than it would be about the engine but yeah traction and a good engine is what they need
These diesel trucks nowadays are impressive to say the least. I prefer my 6.7 cummins, but any of them are good trucks. They have to be to compete with one another.
The guys that know what their doing will hold the brake and wait for the other guy to start spinning his tires, then crawls forward. WIN lol. You can have all the horsepower in the world, if you cant put it to the ground, it aint shit. (Not talkin about your video bud, just tug of wars in general, nice vid btw, love the red dualie, happy birthday man!)
I would rather look at the 3 diesels from a maintenance stand point knowing that if each is used properly & serviced properly the Cummins will be less expensive hourly to run over it's life time.
Saw alot of bad trucks in the vids you post...but the red stick shift dually is by far the baddest of them all,and id like to see more of that rig.other vids ive seen of that same truck dude pulls everybody and even wheels off the ground in one.
There's a video of it pulling a freightliner semi truck but keep in mind the semi had no weight on the rear wheels so it's an obvious biased tug with that one, a semi with no weight on the rear wheels have 0% traction so it's like trying to pull on a bed of ice for the semi's end Edit: the point of this comment was that if you look in the comments on that same video you'll see a bunch of people shouting that the red Chevy won fair and square but if you watch this video you'll see that the dump truck at the end proves that you do need weight on the rear wheels to get traction if you want fair results
@@Dunki113 fully understood...but I will say this, the average s10 pickup wouldnt be out there...the dodge rig he pulled was a monster...ive seen a few others but an empty dump or semi isnt anything special
@@whiteboynse and that would be fine because it had an equal shot but understand that a semi truck with just the fifth wheel alone on the rear tires is like a pickup trying to pull with no bed
The only reason that red dmax pulls so good is it sits low,, its dually and being a single cab is is well balanced, along g with good tires and an experienced driver
Would rather have a 2nd gen Dodge than any other diesel truck! They are made to pull! Common sense, longer stroke means more Torque! 2nd gen Dodges have better gearing for pulling and they get better fuel economy.
If I was there in my old ls swapped GMC K1500 even if I got my ass whooped I'd still be hanging out my window with a joint of weed in my hand screaming MURICA
What's funny is how that monster GMC was pulling against a low sitting dodge, the dodge being lower was just giving the GMC more traction, and the GMC was taking the Dodges traction and the dodge still won
still see the size of the truck. the chevy has more wieght for traction that shit should of done the pulls easy the dodge. is stock hieght with tires to gain grip but thats the comparison so still dodge would be killing them.
If I owned a transmission and driveline shop in this area I'd be watching this and rubbing my hands together like Mr Burns. Excellent!
Unreliable american transmissions
They should handle abuse as pickup trucks.
Like a Toyota do

Cummins is dodge
@@jspavlogs9623 beat me to it by 2 years

I wouldn't do this with my truck, but I've got to admit that this is fun to watch. Be safe!
It’s 5 years later but I wanna say, Life is too short to worry about having fun
In my opinion, Cummins is the ultimate PowerHouse!!!!
Yet the most power diesel in the world is a 7.3 and a 6.7😂😂
This man said the most powerful deisel the 7.3 and 6.7 lmao put the pipe down
what i noticed is that when they accelerate slowly they gain more traction and pull the other vehicle and when they floor it they loose all traction and loose, also another technique would be turning side to side
makes me proud of my Cummins. 😎
got to love them!!
Cumminspower 5.9c they Cummins is the only good thing about dodge lol, beast of a engine' it's funny how the ford never won once:
Ford has the best towing out of all of them..... (in house ratings) lol
John but I only see them getting pulled in this video
It was me making a joke. Ford does more in house testing for rating their trucks, instead of using SAE like GM Ram and Toyota do.
Some one is going to need a transmision after this!
dodge? yup
I was thinking the same thing. And even wondered how many transmissions would need to be replaced.
Only the 24 valve would if it was a 2nd gen dodge
The green and white OBS is gorgeous.
Red "powerhouse"dmax: "it was a bad day, I got my butt kicked by a Cummins"
Me: YES
great footage, thanks!!
+xhumeka thanks for watching
That old white dodge is a beast!
i miss my 7.3 n/a. surprised people at a truck pull. i didn't tell them about the frame reinforcement and 2,000 pounds of tool in my utility bed haha
I'm glad the tri-axle Peterbilt showed up to remind the pick up owners that those trucks are toys.
This is a good video they pull more than once to prove and give chances
It's all about traction.
Stanley Spadowski Agreed, they are not comparing anything other than who has the most traction.
Stanley Spadowski it about the engine
well i mean if they all used the same tires which i dont see but if they did than it would be about the engine but yeah traction and a good engine is what they need
menderus even with the same tires it's more about the weight and weight distribution than anything else.
Rage Not Once weight=traction
That red chevy is a beast
Captain Craft you ahould see it now look on my other videos kirbys kompound tuff truck tug o war
And the white dodge lol
I love the whistle of the duramax

Nothing sounds better than a cummins too
Cummins sounds like a 6 cylinder rice burner. 👎👎👎
What I want to know is this. Why does this video have a 1985 VCR look to it?
OH DAMN THAT MONSTER TRUCK GOT ITS A$$ WHOOPED!!
it sure did lol
Official Gamer Take it to the dirt, and the tables would turn.
that white Dodge is a beast
RC create that white dodge burns a lot of fuel
so is that fuckin duramax dually
The dodge and the Chevy has really low gears
I got one for y'all to pull
Damn rite

Oh Boy! I wonder about those EGT's
Love those 6 bangers ;)
That red dually Chevy a goat
I think it's more than just traction.
What about torque converters? Or auto vs manual? Gearing?
Well none of that matters if you can't get traction lol
its not the size of the boat that counts its the torqe, weight, and traction gentlemen!

Lenny you just don’t like to have fun pussy boy
Funny thing when people talk shit behind a screen. Be careful who you mouth off to son. Id fuck you up before you ever know whats happening
@@lenny329 Oh Mr. Lenny
Ford is Power’strokin, Chevy is dura’maxing while The Cummins is already cumin.
I wanna know who has the red single cab dually duramax. That thing put up a insane fight
well a dually is not fair against a non dually on a truck pull, obviously the dually is gonna win
the larger the tires, the faster you lose.
yup and the higher the lift the higher chance of losing
***** No, that would just decrease traction.
maybe you were dreaming
zhentrix calipso unless you have proper gearing then the faster you win!
It’s all about the tires
a Chevy diesel couldn't pull itself out of a wet paper bag
J G Frakes lol true
A tire fryer for sure.
i like to see these videos but i will never treat my truck like this
Right same here lol
is that jo quil?
Holy shit a dump truck With that monster truck. 😱😱
hell yea lol
The dump truck would rip that shit to shreds
That bigger Chevy went to wolf springs off road park
it depends on the grip of the tire
That red truck has got a lot of power
nice
Duramax red
How much for the white 2nd gen dodge
back again duramax is part 2
is that a second gen 1500? holy shit
7.3 is my favorite
This duramax was built specifically for towing/ tugging, so of course it won.
your a dumbass
How so? if you look at other videos of the single cab dually he has tractor weights on the front.
all trucks were made for pulling😂
Ha yeah true. But you know what I meant, Tugging as in tug of war, or sled pull.
Then why do they always get put to shame by powerstroke?..this vid is bs ford always wins 3 of 4 against anything
low center of gravity gave smaller truck advantage over big truck
They really hate their drivetrain, you know it's real when the front tires bounce.
it all plays out with wieght power and traction so as tge matter the fact the dodge is still a much dtronger truck
Physics lesson 101.
see like the one with the dog and the souped-up lifted GMC they know how to drive Dodge
Who ever spins first loses
What does that Duramax have in/on it? Tell me the specs.
Red dually
That white second gen absolutely murdered thoes trucks
thats fuckin sweet
Cummins is the best hands down!
😂
Cameron Rodgers Yep, too bad they come in dodges though.
+shawnsutube makes it even better 😂😜
It's personal preference
drop 15psi in the tires, and put about 700 lbs of ballast right over the rear axle.
that silver Ford is a piece
That red Duramax does not have no shocks on
Diesel J Vlogs ....and it's heavily weighted too.
you can win in a ranger if you know what your doing at least against a few of them
I have a 95 7.3 never lost a pull
I wonder how much they spent on new transmissions after this video
Randy Helton lol as long as it's not my truck I don't care lol
finaly something the can beat that red dmax
The only reason that red dmax pulls so good is it sits low,, its dually and being a single cab is is well balanced, along g with good tires and an experienced driver

Amazing what 2000-3000 lbs of weight in the back will do. But not that amazing.

lol, love Cummins, but it ducks Cat never made a small diesel for pickups.
My ram dealer told me cat is coming to ram in 2018
+Die fucker Die nice, been waiting for a cat in small trucks. my work Truck gets all the goods lol.
If CAT does come, it will be crippled by the EPA.
I would say a 5 ton , 14.7 litter cummins is the best
What's funny is how that monster GMC was pulling against a low sitting dodge, the dodge being lower was just giving the GMC more traction, and the GMC was taking the Dodges traction and the dodge still won
Wow small truck beats big truck bad
