  • I wanted to find a solution to the problem of owners and shops damaging the frame rails at the factory jacking points on the 2020 and up Ford Explorer. I think these are a great "leave on car" option. Let me know what you think!

You really made a beneficial video! With the cost of vehicles now days and the desire to keep your SUV looking its best, outstanding video!! For whatever you may be thinking about doing, self-maintenance, not to mention having to deal with a flat tire, you cut the anxiety level in half!

It is frustrating how the new cars lack numerous lift points. Dealing with heavy equipment and my older diesel trucks, they all have lots of heavy steel that you can lift on. This seems like a step backwards, just like the hood not staying up without a rod to hold it. On a vehicle the price of this, you shouldn't need a rod to hold the hood open. My new F150 seems to have gotten the A-Team of engineers and our Explorer took the leftovers. All of them got the crappy fiber board "skid plates" though. What a joke they are.

ZL1 has the lift pads for 15-24 Mustangs, any idea if those would would work on our Explorers? I emailed ZL1 and their response was the 05-24 Mustang pads will bolt up but are on the small side.

@@williechapman7079 I posted the links to ZL1 addons site for the lift pads but you can find them cheaper on Amazon. The link for the bulbs is in the description on that video.
