Sound Lab, Berning, EnKlein at SWAF 2024

Sound Lab is an electrostatic speaker specialist. The company's G745-3C model ($20,000/pair) was debuted and demoed in Dallas. Massive as they are, this model is meant for comparatively compact spaces thanks to the panel's 20" width.
These curved monoliths visually dominated the small room where they were demoed. Still, they sounded great streaming tracks from Tidal using a Benchmark DAC3 B. Dave Berning 845 ZOTL Gen 3 HiFi One Edition 60W class A monoblock tube amps ($75,000/pair) provided power, cabling was by EnKlein Bespoke Wireworks.

I had no idea Sound Lab was still going. It makes me happy to see they are. Wish you could have demonstrated their bass capability.

@@CarlVanDoren61That's cool, but not all of us like subs. The reason(s) for buying big ass electrostatics like this are generally dynamic range and bass. Add to it that they're claiming response down to 24Hz and it would be good to demonstrate.
