Love your reviews and beautiful surroundings, Lee. I recently ordered a decked up E-cells 5-Stars (Similar to the Freedom but, boy, can you load it up with options!) for a June delivery. Please look into this company and perhaps have them send you one for review... The owner, David, is very approachable, and their customer service staff is great. So far my interaction with them has been outstanding! Looking forwards to your opinion of it, and/or any of their other models, most of which are high powered, fat tire dual motor types.
That's awesome! I have seen and heard great things about ECells and the 5 stars ebike. Maybe I can get one to review soon! I really like how many options there are to customize the bike and free shipping and no tax is amazing. Thanks for watching!
I know you said 709.00 but the website says 499.00 that's an insane price! Oops the one you reviewed is 709 but they do offer one at the lower price which is awesome.
It sure is! That $499 price is for the 36v version (EB 262). This is the 48v version (EB 263). If you use my code, "SS15%" you can get an additional 15% off of either bike too!
For this initial test ride I only went about 6 miles and used less than 1 of the 5 total battery bars. I plan to do a range test video soon, using the whole battery to find out how far it can go with a rider my size, at 6'3" and 225lbs.
Dope video makes me wanna go for a ride. Beautiful!
Thanks, you should!!

Thank you!
Serious, I hate the battery boxes! Integration is a must.
I agree!!

Great review, great video, thank you. Can you comment on your total distance and % battery used on the test ride in the video?

So maybe I missed it, but what's the maximum advertised distance for road riding?
The manufacturer claims 50 miles in pedal assist mode.
Does the bike have a toeque sensor or cadence or other? How many teeth on the chainring? Shimano what derailleur? Free shipping?
Cadence sensor, 3 speed up front and 7 in the back, Shimano Tourney Derailleur, it does have free shipping though!
@@leetjohnson Hey friend, it's free shipping. ☺
@@MarketingGyroor just changed it, thank you!!
Can you use the 21 gears if the battery dies?
Absolutely!!
