I think you are way off on this take. Kukoc was a great fit on that Bulls team, and complimented MJ and Pipp in a great way, but saying he would have been worshipped as God mode on any other franchise is a horrible take. What did he do after his bulls career? Not much. He was a nice player for the Bucks, but nothing great. Tony was a great scorer, and a great 6th man, but that was it. He was basically a spot shooter. He was a poor defender and rebounder, and didn't have the offensive moves to lead a team on a late playoff run or anything. God worshipped? Calm down my man. You are showing that you don't know bball very well

@@PhoenixAscending Hmmmm.... Not sure about who don't know bball here my friend. If you knew who Kukoc was and what he did from age 17 to NBA, I'm sure you would change your mind. I'm not sure you are aware how tough was Euroleague back then. Specially Jugoslav League. They didn't play for money because there was no money but
they dominated the continent for decades. To beat teams like Cibona with Dražen Petrović, Maccabi, Barcelona, Aris of N.Galis, Partizan,Scavolini..and to dominate, you had to be bad ass mf. And Toni did it until he was 21. With a team of great players but no budget vs sky is the limit, no salary cup budgets. Guys like that are just made different. They adapt and dedicate themselves to only one goal. To win. And guys like him always find a way to win. I could go on and on Toni Kukoc but I think you got the point. If he played for any theam other then Jordans Bulls, he would worshipped. But he wanted to win more then anything and chose correctly.

I remember this game very very well. I used to play basketball then and these two were my favorite teams. Bulls was done and dusted but there was an amazing turnaround in the 4th. Kukoc was simply amazing but the key was to identify who can hit the 3 pointers on that day at that moment, which was the brilliance of Jordan and Phil. Bulls almost lost to pacers in game7. There was no guarantee that bulls would win the 4th title.

@@sandworld1432 4th Title? Bulls won their 4th title during the '95 - ''96 season & were 72 - 10 reg season / 15 - 4 playoffs and didn't play indiana in playoffs! They beat Miami 4 -1, NY 4 - 1, Swept Orlando, Seattle 4 - 2 in Finals! Bulls beat Indiana 4 - 3 during the '97 - '98 season ECF's. Tough series, "almost lost" is irrelevant , they did win & would've continued winning had the front office kept the team together until someone beat them!

If they moved Scottie for someone like tmac maybe. Scottie was done. I mean done being elite. The two years against the three peating lakers he was getting cooked and not being clutch for the blazers. With an older jordan? Not happening. But everyone would be happy with no what ifs

@@louroc425 Scottie went to Portland and had the Lakers beat in the playoffs, he just wasn't the closer that MJ was! Bulls had handled Shaq & Kobe in 98' & deserved the chance to defend their Championship until someone beat them in the Finals!

2nd half was all Tony Kukoc. Nothing but net, in Shaq's face--thats such a bad matchup for LA--Shaq on Kukoc? Shaq will lose everytime
