Are there any types of dogs that are illegal to own in Panama? Do buildings have general size limitations on dogs, or is this a case by case scenario based on the building? I like big dogs such as XL Bully, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, etc.
Some buildings do have size limitations but they are the exception, not the norm. To my knowledge there are no illegal breeds in Panama, although the climate does seem to preclude certain cold weather dogs :)

What's your take on Oceanreef & IPanema as investments?
Hey James, Oceanreef ended up very nice. While the returns on buy to lease arent as attractive as a more middle or upper class neighborhood like San Francisco or Costa del Este, there is some real estate options on the island. We really like the developer Aleman Arias. Ipanema hasnt come across my radar actually!
