Nice box! I have never read The Nutcracker, nor seen the full stage production. It is on my list to take my daughter one year. I have a collection of nutcrackers I put out for Christmas. That mug is beautiful and my favorite item.

I LOVE this subscription box and special edition boxes. This box was such a beautiful collection of items for the theme.
I liked the story but, as you said, it was very dark and kind of weird. I prefer the ballet version.

For this box I loved the mug and ornament, haven’t tried the tea yet, just loved the entire box and thought the quality of the items were worth it; I rather the quality and usefulness than quantity.
Even if I’m already subscribed I always love your take on all the boxes you do and your honesty is so refreshing.

Such a cute box! I'm sad I missed it, but now I want to read The Nutcracker because it sounds way more interesting than I had assumed it was (I skipped ahead once I realized it was the sort of story that actually could be spoiled). My favorite item is, of course, the literary cookbook. I got the Valentine's Emily Dickinson box, and I'm super excited for it.
I'm excited for it too, although I never think of E.D.'s poems being particularly romantic.

I don't mind The Nutcracker, but the productions around me tend to feature lots of children and I'm unwilling to pay theatre prices for that.
Yeah, it's always an easy "recital" for ballet schools and it drives me batty.
