⭐️During this special intermediate class (beginning of the year) from M-Intensive University, we will go through the basic exercises of the Horton technique. This entails the traditional Horton warm-up, the fortifications studies, and across the floor to finish with an energetic routine. This class was filmed to complete the knowledge acquired from our online courses Horton 1, 2, and 3. You can do the entire warm-up in limited space, but you can also expand in the studio with our excellent sequences across the floor.
⭐️In this course, Patrice will show you how to build your own Horton Technique class, along with some excellent teaching tips and corrections to implement in your own training and class.
