@@oaktharas cheaper than California for sure. You’d need a housekeeper and a gardener to keep it up. The price is good for a property in that condition. You’d need to add AC as it gets hot there in the summer. I’ve been to the area and it’s beautiful. Good luck!

I'm so impressed with every features of the properties you certainly have a good eye for picking stunning properties. The Villa is very warm and has Charm, and I Love all the Fireplaces , and the Fireplace in the downstairs hall is fantastic, you can sit in private if you want and it helps keep the bedrooms and the whole Villa warm in the Colder Months. This was a comfortable home, and the lovely Pink Roses ad all the others really did turn my head. Loved the extra searing outside on the patios overlooking the whole area. It was an open floor plan at the first level with a living room and dining room as well as the kitchen. Think it was great how you opened up with how it had privacy even though you were not far at all from Amelia Umbria. The stop first for coffee was a wonderful treat and great way to stir up the energy for the lovely tour! Made it seem so real, as if we were really with you! The price seems quite nice for all it offers. Thank you Romolini!

I can concur, this channel is developing constantly and a pleasure to follow. With the introduction of the nearby cities or town's becoming more extensive, we are not only given a glimpse of the property and its surroundings but moreover a taste of the lifestyle one would buy into. In a post-covid environment it will influence the decision to purchase to a far greater degree than pre-covid. Also the suggestions of possible future modifications to the property are much appreciated. This villa has been my favourite so far; it has stunning views, its design - both interior and exterior- fits the landscape perfectly maximizing indoor-/outdoor-living, it accommodates family & guests comfortably, it's situated beautifully only 100 km from Rome and it seems affordable. Sadly I still have a few years left to my retirement. But it also does make me slowly look forward to retirement and to start slowly planning for it.

Lovely property, not as grand as many of the channel, but a good size and very liveable. You wouldn't need staff to keep this house in order like the larger places. It would also be a great Airbnb place. I imagined spending the summer here having friends over for weeks at a time, relaxing and eating outside late into the night.

This one is gorgeous! My concern, earthquakes, how seismically active is this area? The land around it, the views, incredible. A Barolo overlooking that view! I can see planting a kitchen garden and cook with natural ingredients, using home grown veggies and herbs. This is a gem!

I have been watching these videos now for about a year. A lot of the time you show properties that while gorgeous make it seem to me to be living in a museum or like the one in Naples a couple weeks ago that are to outrageous. Then you show a property like this and I wish I had the money to move to Italy.

This was a comfortable home, and the lovely Pink Roses ad all the others really did turn my head. Loved the extra searing outside on the patios overlooking the whole area. It was an open floor plan at the first level with a living room and dining room as well as the kitchen. Think it was great how you opened up with how it had privacy even though you were not far at all from Amelia Umbria.
The stop first for coffee was a wonderful treat and great way to stir up the energy for the lovely tour! Made it seem so real, as if we were really with you! The price seems quite nice for all it offers.

I can concur, this channel is developing constantly and a pleasure to follow. With the introduction of the nearby cities or town's becoming more extensive, we are not only given a glimpse of the property and its surroundings but moreover a taste of the lifestyle one would buy into. In a post-covid environment it will influence the decision to purchase to a far greater degree than pre-covid. Also the suggestions of possible future modifications to the property are much appreciated. This villa has been my favourite so far; it has stunning views, its design - both interior and exterior- fits the landscape perfectly maximizing indoor-/outdoor-living, it accommodates family & guests comfortably, it's situated beautifully only 100 km from Rome and it seems affordable. Sadly I still have a few years left to my retirement. But it also does make me slowly look forward to retirement and to start slowly planning for it.

Lovely property, not as grand as many of the channel, but a good size and very liveable.
You wouldn't need staff to keep this house in order like the larger places. It would also be a great Airbnb place.
I imagined spending the summer here having friends over for weeks at a time, relaxing and eating outside late into the night.

Grazie Danilo. This is a different kind of property--more informal in a hill town. I think the concern I have is getting from a parked vehicle to the front door with shopping. This one is gorgeous! My concern, earthquakes, how seismically active is this area? The land around it, the views, incredible. A Barolo overlooking that view! I can see planting a kitchen garden and cook with natural ingredients, using home grown veggies and herbs. This is a gem!

I have been watching these videos now for about a year. A lot of the time you show properties that while gorgeous make it seem to me to be living in a museum or like the one in Naples a couple weeks ago that are to outrageous. Then you show a property like this and I wish I had the money to move to Italy.
