    Frigging Awesome 👏 come to Uk and open up a pest control company ! Never seen any company go to the lengths you guys go to for your clients. Your incredible. I’m not sure if it’s because they just don’t care or clueless or mixture of both . They take your money put down poison but it don’t work . All they do is remove the bait boxes to another area of the room and your on your own for weeks at a time and if no poison eaten it’s a case of no rodents in your house . But you can hear the noises in walls . 🙌🙌

      We are seeing this often here in the USA. Leave traps behind and hope they disappear. These rodents are so smart, they are getting in to areas you can never imagine. It’s supper important to stay with the homeowner to the end.
      We truly appreciate you and your feedback. 🙌💪🙏🙏

    How did you know there was only the one rat up there? I would have left the traps set up there for another week or so, to ensure there was not a second or third rat up there. Great video guys, thanks.

    What I do you when a Rat has out smarted me every step of the way. Ive tried Rat X, Just one Bite, The Blue Blocks, ground up meat with crushed (until powder) Just one Bite. I saw the Rat eat the bait but is still running around. Their nest is under the outside porch stairs. I caught 12 Rats but they were not fully adults and still quite naïve to traps. But the Mother has gone to boot camp and maybe a high ranking officer in the Rat army, and Is is bringing the Males over from the dumpsters next door. This is also a huge problem that's where she goes every night to eat and then brings the food back under the Stairs of my house. I'm afraid the Rats will get into the house sooner or later since we have a mouse issue also and they find their way in.

      @you2449 Před 3 lety +1

      hmm, since you know where the nest is, maybe Spray it down with some mint oil. (or maybe ammonia ?) But if it works, it might send them into the home though,

    Have you all ever used Rat X bait? We've used it in our community garden where there is a lot of rat activity. The Rat X doesn't use poison, but it is supposed to coat the inside of rodents' stomachs and make them stop drinking water, so they just get lethargic and die in their burrows. Because it isn't poison and only affects rodents, it is safe for wildlife if the dead rats are eaten by hawks or other predators. The rats do take the bait, especially if we mix it in with a bit of peanut butter, and the rat activity seems to have decreased, but not completely abated.
    We also use traps which we place in a box, which have worked, but the rats often get smart to them and then stay away after a few rats are caught. I'll try the beef jerky as bait and see if that works!

    Tomcat mouse glue traps are highly effective, require no added bait, and two traps captured three mice in about 1/2 hour.

    @singingherby6186 Před 3 lety +1

    I bought the tomcat snap traps. Do you think Victor is superior or was it just a coincidence that the Victor happened to trap this particular rat?

    • @Akaneblaze1345
      @Akaneblaze1345 Před 2 lety

      Victor in my opinion is Much more superior Due To it being a Metal Petal Hare Trigger.
      The step on rat traps yes they work But ive noticed how easy they flip when you set them and also i noticed aswell That some can be defective, if the rat steps on it and the trap just doesn't trigger.
      I'm not saying Older is the new thing, Ofc they can bypass the older traps aswell thats why it needs Modifications. like Dry wall screws, Pvc, or ABS black pipe glued covering the bait so the rat doesn't have it easy just licking it from the Sides he has to go one way and that's through the Front.
      Also With the Victor classiv trap, you can bait it alot On the panel Making the rat Stay Around Much longer for the bait.

      It can be re used, aslong az u clean it with a solution like dawn dish liquid, Chemicals like clorox Is okay to use however It does act as a deterrent, but if you clean it with clorox air dry it for 1 day out in the Wild >> Open air etc. the elements should be able to Clear off the sent of the clorox.

    You guys are CUTE 😍!
    It’s funny how excited you were to see what you trapped! I can relate 😂 A rat 🐀 got in my living room (I’m positive through my open back door while cooling the house) & has been living in here for about a week. I thought I saw a turd in the kitchen sink 1 day but brushed it off as my imagination! Later that afternoon I fell asleep on the couch. I was startled awake by something (I hope my dog 😂) when I opened my eyes 👀 my eyes were staring directly at the GIANT RAT 🐀 jumping down off of my couch 😱 I was hoping it was a dream but ℕ𝕆ℙ𝔼! I couldn’t have had 2 imaginary rat scenarios in less than 8 hours 😂 since then I’ve been setting snap traps. Every morning I come running downstairs to check my traps as if it’s Christmas LOL 😂 Last night I thought I heard a trap snap so I came down around 2 a.m. 😂 The dang rat was in my dogs crate looking for his food and water (I put in fridge at night) I know I scared it away because I heard the metal on the crate crashing as it ran away! I saw it’s silhouette scurry 😱 It’s a big boy 😂. The trap I put behind the couch has activated twice but hasn’t trapped the rat! Peanut butter was gone 😞 Smart MoFo! Today I tied some thread around a couple of peanuts and tied them to the triggers. Hopefully the rat will tug at it and trigger the trap and get caught this time! I think I have a morbid fascination because on 1 hand I don’t want to see a giant dead rat caught in one of these traps BUT at the same time I can’t wait to see if I’ve caught it 😂 Wish me luck getting it tonight 😂

      They were away ahead of me. I got 8 of them.Not sure if I got them all.
