  • A common question I get from Indians is, "How can I visit Pakistan?" Many Indians are interested in visiting what used to part of India. And likewise, Pakistanis are inquisitive about going to India too. So can Indians visit Pakistan? And can Pakistanis get a tourist visa for India? I'll give you the exact answer.
We'll also talk to my wife, Manisha Malik, about why she wants to go to Pakistan and her opinion on the tourist visa issue for Indians and Pakistanis.

I'm planning to return to Pakistan this year. Hence why we made this video, Manisha wanted to come with me. Before that I'm going to Hindi school for 3 months - I hope I can be speaking very good Urdu/Hindi there. My first stop will be Kashmir. I said Azad Kashmir in the video because when you're visiting Pakistan it's what you'll need to call it (Azad Jammu and Kashmir) - I'm certainly not trying to get into that whole debate. Where else should I go to Pakistan? Definitely need to make a video about Islamabad 😍

It is also interesting to note that overseas Indians specifically from the UK and USA are able to get an e-Visa to Pakistan without restrictions.
On the otherhand I find it most unfortunate for someone like me, a UK born Pakistani who has lives his whole life in the UK cannot apply for a tourist Visa, like a white British person can. It seems strange to me. I am very much interested in visting India someday and learning about Indian culture, especially Punjab, as my ancestors hail from that region.
Hopefully things can get better so I and many others like me can vist more easily.
It is sad to see that we are not seen as British citzens but soley Pakistani by the Indian visa policy.
I have had no quams at all with Indians, I have lived amongst them all my life and they are the most welcoming and friendliest people ive met. Indians and Pakistanis get along very well in the UK, and it is always sad to see our fellow counterparts fighting in India and Pakistan.
I fell very fortunate to have a third party look into the Indo Pak conflicts and problems and to see it is just politicians, news and the extreme minorty promoting hate.
I hope in the future we can get along well.
