0:39 there are 2 types of chain skills target and AOE area. If you units is an Aoe area like kamael you need to know exactly how much time does it takes your character to attack if you Wait too much your opponent can either dodge your chain skill or counter with his own ws. Just so you know if a chain skill doesn't fully lend before your opponent's ailment is applied on his WS even if your chain skill animation is over he won't get the next ailment and u'll just be down instead. On the country if your chain skill is a target like mei over here then yes delay it all you want but be carefull not to delay it too luch or you'll just miss the opportunity to chain
I think it's device problem. Try remove cache, or delete unnecessary program. I think that would help, but if it's not then Idk, maybe get a new phone with better specification
Setau saya arena itu sekarang diliat dari statnya dulu baru peringkatnya. Jadi ya lebih ke on, tapi masih bisa ketemu sama lawan ga imbang kalo lagi ga hoki. Trus ada sistem elemen juga. Elemen gelap menang lawan elemen basic, tapi kalah lawan cahaya. Begitu, selengkapnya bisa cari tau sendiri di dalem game. Kesimpulannya, Arena udah diusahain setara, tapi tetep kalah menang itu tergantung hoki karena ada sistem elemen.
