Omg i craved these when I was pregnant I made my husband drive about an hour to get me some. I remember eating these as a child and I asked for the recipe but they never gave it to me. I'm happy I have a recipe now. Thank you it looks delicious :)

Vale la pena probar esta versión del GUAJALOTE,....que así les nombramos en mi rancho,...jejeje...normalmente se rellenan de barbacoa, sesos, carnitas ó rebanadas de jamon, aderezadas con papitas y zanahorias cocidas, juntada el pan de frijolitos refritos y servido con lechuga, queso fresco y crema, mi pulgar pa'rriba mi estimada Silvia y Madre de Silvia, abrazos fraternales y saludos desde aca'!!! :) btw, that Abuela puppet esta CHIDISIMO!!! :D

como soy de Veracruz pambazo acá es otro pan generalmente relleno de guisado o tipo sandwich, este es suave y con mucha harina, que cuando lo comes queda toda la boca blanca. xD ; por eso a las señoritas cuando se maquillan de mas y queda el polvo compacto muy a la vista les dicen: estas toda pambaceada. Saludos gente bonita :3
