    I am Hazara as well. Though my background seems to be a bit fuzzy (I have been researching that my dad’s side that is Hazara may have been originally Wardak Pashtuns who assimilated into the Behsud tribe), yet I am still connected to the community nonetheless.
    I believe personally that Hazaras were originally an Iranic people who later assimilated Turks and very later Mongols into their development. According to research for the most part 50-60% of paternal haplogroups for Hazaras are of West Eurasian (in this case West Asian, Middle Eastern, South Asian men) descent. The East Eurasian part that involves Mongolian (to an extent Turks as well) is around only 35% probably

    • @yo2trader539
      @yo2trader539 Před rokem

      People have been migrating in all directions since beginning of history. But the East Asian admixture of the Hazara most likely comes from Turkic/Mongolic clans who migrated from northern Central Asia and the Mongolian Steppe.
      Some scholars claim ancient migration, others believe the Mongol expansion had an impact. While it's undeniable that they mixed heavily with indigenous Iranic-speaking sedentary/farming people, it's also true that the Mongol Army in Persia/Iran heavily Persianized in later centuries. For that reason, one of the most detailed historical records on the Mongol Empire was written in Persian.
      Clan names, cuisines, vocabulary, genetics, polo...there are certain traits of nomadic traditions that still remain today. Apparently some Aimaq tents resembles that of Mongol/Turkic traditions.

      Your ancestors were either Turkic or Mongolic or both.
      Hazara literally means 1,000 families, based on Mongol Army decimal organization, doesn't it? Hazara dialect retains some Turkic and Mongolic vocabulary. Mongolians even say the pitch accent of Hazara Farsi sounds like Mongolian. Some say even the Hazara clan names have Mongolian origin.
      The horse polo with goat or sheep head is a Turkic and Mongolic sport from ancient nomadic times. The Aimaq Hazara are still using Mongolian-style tents. And Manti is a common dish eaten by Turkic and Mongolic people.
      Genetically, Hazara males carry high degree of Y-DNA Haplogroup C, which is also common among Mongols, Manchus, and Kazakhs. One the best historical texts on the Mongol Empire was written in Farsi because the third son inherited Iran and its vicinity.
      It seems Mongols in modern day Iran and Afghanistan eventually Persianized, while those in Central Asia eventually Turkified. Timur and Babur are great examples.
      If I had to guess, your ancestors were stationed near the Hindu Kush mountains to protect the supply and trade route from Central Asia to Iran to later Istanbul.
      FYI, there are Mongol clans ordered 700 years ago still guarding Mongol holy sites. If I remember, Mongolian government has taken in Hazara refugees recognizing the ancestral relationship.

    Hazaras are not Turks and Mongols. Comprehensive genetic research has not yet been done on Hazaras ethnicity, so don't unnecessarily associate them with Turks and Mongols. They themselves are an independent people and race, just as Turks and Mongols are. Hazaras are among the most native inhabitants of their land. While the original place of the Pashtun people is a region in today's Pakistan. Yes, the Khazars are not Mongols. The real Mongols would not allow themselves to be treated like that and be slaves to someone, they would simply destroy anyone who dared to touch them. If the Hazaras were real Mongols, the Taliban would be afraid to look askance at the Hazaras. Mongols are warriors and lions who conquered the world from China to Europe in some 50 years with a small number of warriors. Moreover, the Taliban would have slammed them without noticing.

    Hazara are the most savage people of Afghanistan, but they were reduced to their slaves status after many of their treasonous acts. The Hazara killed off millions of the natives under flag of Chengiz and Timur. Today they are professional victims, and the creation of a diaspora is due to the general wars against everyone in Afghanistan. In fact the Hazaras faced the least amount of war in comparison to the other groups in all the wars of the previous 40 years. The massacres are done against everyone but those against Hazaras are done by religious extremists who are taking revenge for Fatimyoon crimes in Syria (Hazara criminals fighting in Syria). The professional victimhood comes natural to them not just because of the delight they get from deception, but also their particular Shia beliefs also condone deception and crying.

      In the last 40 years every other peoples of that land of "Afghanistan" have suffered far greater losses than the Hazaras, yet Hazaras make the biggest hues and cries. This Australian CZcamsr seems to think that Hazaras are the only victims, without knowing how Hazaras have abused the immigration system in Australia and used chain migration and fraud to pull in thousands of their people, many of whom were not even living in Afghanistan for generations, e.g. from Iran and Pakistan, (including Hazaras of Quetta Pakistan applying under name of Afghanistan). Worse the Hazaras actively work against non-Hazaras to sabotage their cases and applications. Their fraud will ruin all the things that are supposed to be pro-refugees.

      @Ghurshah Před rokem

      @@-RJ2007 Again like I said, that Hazaras are professional liars a s professional victims. The claim that Amir Abdur Rahman Khan killed 60% of Hazaras is utterly unfounded. It is a claim by Hazara nationalists in order to project a claim to greater rights over politics of Afghanistan. It is totally ridiculous to claim such a thing as there has never been a census of all of the people of Afghanistan in the current times let alone 140 years ago. It is a pure lie like all of Hazara claims, for they are professional liars. Taqiya is a Shia religious practice where immoral (moral-less as your 2nd generation illiteracy would term it) behaviour is regliously SANCTIONED. It means they are naturally predisposed to deceptive behaviour for all kinds of ends, which has become even sharper in the world of politics. Hazaras specialise in creating fake Karbalah style sob stories, including claims about Afshar in Kabul. I am not a smartass, I am simply telling you that Hazaras may fool people for some of the time with their acts to look innocent and as victims, but we the people who know these trash, know very well how deceptive they are and how savage. As for you not being a savage, and immoral, check your recent history and honestly ask how your Hazara parents got your ass to Canada if it was not through immoral lies and God only knows what kinds of treason against others back in Afghanistan. As for Afghanistan being a shit hole you don't want to talk about, that is a general Hazara outlook as they have always sought their own interests no matter what happened nationally. The Hazaras did not fight against British occupation nor against the Russian , nor against the Pakistani Taliban first occupation nor against the current Pakistani occupation. Hazaras are not from "Afghanistan" and so they couldn't care less. Find out from your relatives how they made up fake stories to abuse the asylum systems and even how they arranged fake videos of attacks upon them though home invasions, other Hazaras would dress up in clothes of some other group and pretend to invade the home and or some other similar scene creation. It is all part of the immoral opportunist character of Hazaras. The net result is that the programs for asylum become fatigued and broken and closed, and the real victims back home continue to suffer.
