For once, Perfect Cell gets to be main character.
Perfect Cell is considered one of the coolest villains for a few reasons:
Unique appearance: Perfect Cell's design is striking and unique. He is a humanoid creature with green skin, pointed ears, and a long tail, and he is often depicted with a menacing grin on his face. His appearance is both memorable and intimidating.
Incredible power: Perfect Cell is one of the most powerful villains in the Dragon Ball franchise. He is able to regenerate from almost any injury, has immense strength and speed, and can fire powerful energy blasts from his hands and mouth. This combination of abilities makes him a formidable opponent for any hero.
Complex personality: While some villains are one-dimensional, Perfect Cell has a more complex personality. He is intelligent, cunning, and enjoys toying with his opponents. He also has a bit of an ego, which makes him all the more interesting to watch.
Epic battles: Perfect Cell's battles against the heroes in Dragon Ball Z are some of the most iconic in the series. His fights against Gohan, Goku, and Vegeta are particularly memorable, and showcase both his power and his personality.

Honestly not a fan of bad ending stories but the end of this where everyone who was dead gets ready to fight dead cell has me very interested. I would wanna see their “eternal battle” in the afterlife.
Yeah that’s the one thing I struggled with in this one. I know most people don’t like it when it ends badly but I also really wanted to give Cell a true ending. So their eternal battle seemed like a good compromise! Thank you for watching bro ❤

I think what’s interesting about the ending is that not only do I feel that all the z-fighters would have kaioken and the spirit bomb. But most of not all would have fusion and even the yardratian technics since I feel that some yardratians would end up in otherworld and be allowed to learn and teach new people.
Cell’s going to have a lot of fun in otherworld.
I enjoyed this quite a bit. My only issue is that Cell never really changed throughout the story even while being faced with beings who directly challenged his notion of being Perfect. I think the story would have benefitted from SOME level of character development from the Bio Android. Just something to keep in mind as you write the next few.
Still, extremely enjoyable so keep it up.
I'm hoping that at least have Cell tries to revive people that he killed, not out of guilt, but grateful that he was able to satisfied himself and those that he killed can give him the challenge that entertain him.
I guess Vegeta wasn't fast enough to deliver that Ki blast.

Just realized that Trunks was kept dead in the present timeline, meaning Future Cell absorbed the Androids in HIS timeline, achieving perfection and repeating the process over again.

It's funny how Toriyama's main argument for not bringing Cell back is the issues with drawing him, when Toriyama hasn't drawn anything in years.
Awesome story cell is one of my favorite villains and goku one of my favorite hero’s ❤ they can fight as much as they want to in the afterlife without getting tired
My favorite what ifs are are always the ones where Goku does suffer the consequences of his actions and lead to a darker world
That ending was so sad because the earth and all it's inhabitants are ultimately gone forever but yet so beautiful at the same time
See if something like this actually happened I think there would’ve been a contingency plan made with Elder Morie and Dende, to have all the Z fighters revived and brought back to New Planet Namek to train and plan for a counter attack immediately.

Well if you're interested in doing other ideas like this with the villains, how about "What if Frieza went Black in Resurrection F?" or "What if Frieza achieved Golden before coming to Earth after the Namek Saga"?
Now that I think about it, couldn't instant transmission and buu's version of kai kai able to telelport to and from other world? That could open any plot points for the end of super with maybe all the villians coming out and having an extremely long arc with a satisfying ending

And then eventually Zeno erases U7 because their mortal level is the worst in all of 12 Universes thanks to Cell's grand tour throughout U7. At least one good thing came out with Broly not living on Vampa anymore. Although, to be honest, this would be Cell's Prefect Hell having an eternal fight with the Z-Warriors in the afterlife. But man, this series really shows how Shin is very incompetent as U7 Supreme Kai is if he's not doing anything to stop Cell's rampant throughout U7. Anyways overall another good Full-Story, and looking forward to your next one soon.

Isn’t King Yemma only incharge of the souls of Earth? In Super he said to kill frieza away from Earth so he wouldn’t have to deal with him anymore. Meaning him dying on Vampa means he wouldn’t see the ZFighters ever again

30 inhabited planets for a whole universe with 4 large galaxies? I mean that’s a little extreme, for how much larger universe 7 is compared to ours. And that’s also with the frieza force, galactic patrol, heaters, and possible cooler empire? And possible neutral planets like earth on top of that?
