The RED insert in the video I used a filament called "YOYI YOYI" to print them... and it's really BAD... temp sensitive, hardness feel like 98A and doesn't feel like 95A. Not recommended FYI.
Great video! Well done maybe it's time for me to pickup some ninjatek for those ultra light rigs.
Have you made any 1in inserts? I'd imagine you'd want them much softer
I printed your 1.9 insert with the Overture filament at 90%flow and .4mm nozzle. It definitely improved sidehill over PL dual stage but was little too stiff for climbs (with my 7.5lb rig. I have a heavier trail rig with interior, driver etc. that weighs in just under 10lbs and the inserts seem to "sit" about right. Need to try them. I also printed the same file at the same flow etc with the NinjaFlex (85A) filament to put in my 7.5lb rig but haven't yet tested it (weather is not cooperating). The Ninjaflex is much softer as you've shown here. I'm hoping to make it work with an ultralight (~3lb) build I'm planning. All that stated, I appreciate your sharing your progress and tips.
Oh, before I forget, where can we get your little test tools (1.9 tires size thing with the weight added) that you demonstrate in the video?
I'll make that available in Cults for free soon 👍
@@d440rc6 Thanks! I look forward to that!

Hello..how to get the inner harder than outer layer on settings?
Nicely done! How much infill did you use? BTW Ninjatec,overture,eryone...all good filament ...dont go Winkle Tenaflex 90A...not worth it!
infill I think is 5% on these
