I been using the dread sponge for about 5 months just wondering when can I stop using the sponge and get a retwist or interlocking them to lay them down. I am thinking about just letting my hair do what ever it wants and what is a better retwist or interlocking?
Get a retwist bro because I been growing my hair out for 2 years now last October I had a retwist n it was like my hair wasn’t growing but when I start getting it retwisted it start growing n it got longer
Crochet needle isn’t just for combining locs, they literally make instant locs or basically it just speeds up the locking process which is what makes it the best for starting dreads since it’s the easy way
Micro fiber rag they also have a micro fiber sponge with sea salt with have you dreads locked in 1-3 weeks. Do use sea salt too much or too long will dry hair
For the micro fabric towel when you do it is the dreadlocks permanent or you have to do it everyday to get the dreads? And does the micro fabric towel work on straight hair?

u should stop u should only use the sponge to do parts then twist that is too long
I used to use the sponge for over a year maybe 2 with the sponge the dreads won’t lock up they’re gonna stick up like free form dreads
