The original creator was a genius, I only wish they could be tagged because like others, their videos never go viral but the reposts and remixes do and lots of times, the original content creators have many more tips that they share that are super creative and helpful.
They didn't create this hack. This hack has been around, I learned it when I was 14 which was like 10 years ago. And I DOUBT they're the first person to have done a video on it.
Lay eyebrow pencil along side of your nose up past your inner corner of eye is and dot where pencil lays. This is where eyebrow should start. Look straight and lay the pencil from corner or your nose up across your pupil of your eye then dot where the pencil lays. That is where the arch should be. Then take pencil from corner of nose to corner of outer eye and dot where the pencil lays. That is where your eyebrow stops. Hope that makes since.
That’s not where your eyebrows should start unless you want your nose to appear wider. If you want your nose to appear narrower start them closer together. I recommend looking at makeup artist Rae Morris’s tips on how to shape eyebrows for different effects or the CZcams channel of StyleMeJenn.
SAME. Or looks better than the other. 😂I have a ton of brow hairs but they are so sparse. 😭 I haven’t done my makeup in so long that I don’t even know how to do them anymore. 😂
Ok, quick tutorial on how to draw an eyebrow from an artist 😂 the first two dots are supposed to be in a line straight up from the end of your nostril. The second one goes from the same point but through the middle of your eye and the last one goes through the outer corner of your eye. Hope you understand what I tried (and failed) to explain 😅
No I don’t think they were bare. She applied makeup remover to the eyebrow that she decided to compare which style would come out better. At least I think that’s what she did! Either is great!
It does. I was taught this in the sixties. The highest point should be over your pupil as you stare forward. Outer dot is pencil laid from nose to outer corner of the eye. Inner dot is along side the nose to the corner of the eye. Fit your face, any size face perfectly
I lost my brows because I have hypothyroidism even with hyperthyroidism eyebrows can be completely lost so I got Microblading, microblading helps the eyebrows to grow back, and for some reason. But I don’t know how to train them to sit down because they kind of stick out when they first grow back in, so this video is a lifesaver I used to try to draw them and I’m a terrible artist and one time when I went to the mall and it was hot. I was walking around the mall for hours, and when I went to the bathroom, I realized that one of my eyebrows had melted off. I was mortified. This video has changed my life, and I am forever grateful
I also have Hypothyroidism (I have it so severely that I’ve developed Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis too) so the tails of both my eyebrows are gone. 👩🦲I’d love to get microblading but I can’t afford it unfortunately. Even the texture of the hair on my head is so much different than it used to be from before it was when my thyroid was healthy. So much of my hair has fallen out and it’s fizzy, dull, and there’s no luster and body in my hair at all anymore. It’s crazy how much it’s actually affected my hair!
OMG... it worked for me. I have been trying to learn this for such a long time, but I usually end up drawing nonsense 😅😅😅😅 I just tried it, and it came out perfect😊😊😊 thank you❤
I've been drawing on my brows for over 30 yrs, it's really not that complicated. there's no need to play connect the dots. It's really simple, much like a coloring book by outlining with a crayon and coloring inside the lines...
i only found your channel a few days ago but its quickly become my favorite makeup channel!! you are a gem!! thanks for all your beginner friendly tutorials!!!!
THIS HACK LOOKS GREAT. CAN'T WAIT TO TRY IT. MANY THANKS TO YOU AND THE ORIGINAL VIDEO DONE BY THE TALENTED LADY. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MYCH TROUBLE DRAWING MY BROWS THAT ARE THIN, SPARSE, JUST MESSED UP.
Lay your pencil against your nostril straight up your forehead. That's your first set. Keep one end against your nostril and looking straight into the mirror line the pencil up with the outer line of the colored part of your eye, that's the center of your arch. Lastly, keep the end against your nostril and line up with the outer edge of your eyelid, that's the outer tip of your eyebrow. Now, keep in mind this is the guide for drawing perfectly aligned face symmetry. Some of us have narrow eyes or big nostrils, or we want to have higher arches, so adjust from there. I realize this is an older video but if you guys want to know how to figure out if your eyes are closer together or small or large and what to do from there I'll be happy to tell you, but I want to preface it by saying that what is "perfect" for art symmetry or makeup is largely defined by white facial features. Your specific face needing a tweak to make a hack work BY NO DEFINITION means you're ugly. None of us are drawing perfect and white isn't perfect. But you are. You are perfectly, beautifully, flawlessly YOU, and no one can do you better than you! ❤
I tried it and wow. The difference is subtle, but in brows, any subtle difference can be amazing. My fronts look more natural, my symmetry is better, the front positoon is closer and prettier, and the tails are longer. And all much quicker than when I eyeball it. One of the nest beauty videos I have seen this year.
I've seen multiple people do this and I don't even do my brows but I want to. A woman even made an instrument or device to help with doing your brows. Its kind of cool.
This is a really good hack! So basically I think she just knows where to place and connect the dots, so the first point is always from the side of your nose to start of your brow, 2nd is the arch where it goes from the nose going past your eye, then the 3rd is the tail end of the brow which is from the outer corner of your eye👌🏻 nice work!
the first dots are in a straight line with the edge of the nose, the center dots are directly above the pupil looking straight forward, the last dot is a 45 degree angle from the edge of the nose to the outside corner of the eye.
Dot mapping tut (since she wasn't sure but she still did it got tho): *Outer dots* put brow pen on the side of the nostril so it goes over the corner of the eye. *Middle dots* put brow pen on the side of the nostril so it goes over middle of the eye. *Inner dots* put brow pen pointing straight up straight *on* the nostril
Take your pencil and hold it against your nostril, where it connects to the bridge and swing it to the inner corner of your eye. That's where you put the first dots. Then, swing it to the center of your eye, and that's where your arch should go. Then, swing it to the outer corner, and that should be the tail of your brow. Hope this was coherent and helps.
you use your facial proportions to map it, hold a pencil by your nostril going straight up, that’s the beginning of your brow. Now keep the base of the pencil in the same place by your nostril, but angle it diagonally until the middle of the pencil is over your pupil, that’s your arch point, and then angle the pencil further so that the middle of it is at the outer corner of your eye and the end is at your tail, that’s your eyebrow tail
This isn’t a hack its just a normal technique to map out your eyebrows. I have seen this since the 2010s and I am sure it existed before then. Lookup any eyebrow tutorial on youtube and you will find it.
If you look directly straight, the second dot on your eyebrow would be where your eye pupil is so you would mark that evenly at your eyebrow that’s where the Arch would start
Yeah the hack makes them look better. Anddd less risk of your eyebrows coming out like cousins.

I’m definitely trying this as a beginner❤️
I guess this hack is meant fir beginners, cause it’s a struggle to make the both sides match without help at first
Keep us posted on your results!
I'm realising that I've lived long enough that things are becoming circular.
This is really really old and it works. I’ve been doing this so long I don’t even draw dots anymore. I think it started doing this in 2012.
The hack looks better honestly ✨
Never question Old school techniques 🙏💜

@kayelle8005 Thanks for those!
this is an old hack..
That’s how I was taught to place the dots 👍
Your natural brows look actually better than when painted
This is how brows have been taught in cosmo schools for decades!
The things that the younger generations are impressed with always amazes me. They are intrigued by the simplest things.
So true, just told my mom yesterday that there’s a „hack“ she always do …..since I can remember
Your natural brows are so much more beautiful. Be yourself. It's perfect.
The one on the left isn’t her natural brow-it’s how she normally does them.
This is an old school hack. Been doing this since a teen.
Can you credit the vídeo
I haven't seen anyone call this a hack or say they haven't seen this since like 2016
Was thinking the same thing. I need to get a 10 year old makeup book and post some new trends.
I've never seen it.. But I've been working on my career and taking care of my kids for the past 20 years.
I've never 👀 this hack
@@MoDavI-sl7iyYou're not 18 then lol.
It’s not even a hack. Learned Thai through Mary Kay training in 2001
As an Esthetician you are taught to hold the pencil at an angle from the base of your nose😊. That is how the dots are drawn.
Girl, without your comment, I would’ve made big ass circles. I did your suggestion and it was flawless! Thank you so much!😊
